Omg, I got the Pad Se-ew with bean sprouts and Roti. It was simply Delicious 😋! The only thing was that the Roti was a bit oily, but still good. The food is fresh, the atmosphere is very nice. The place is spotless. I will be back, and try other things on the menu.

I ordered delicious dumplings that were perfectly steamed and bursting with flavor, while my wife had the chicken pad Thai and spring rolls. Her dish was a delightful mix of tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and savory noodles. We both enjoyed our meals immensely! The service was fantastic as well; the staff even shared a funny joke with us when we asked for a box for our leftovers, which made our experience feel even more special. If you find yourself in downtown Winter Haven and are looking for great food, this charming spot is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner!
Vegetarian options: I do love that they allow most of their dishes to be customized vegetarian....actually customized in almost anything you like. I ordered take out and a lot of places do not allow for any special requests on take out, but they were happy to customize every request we had (eliminating or adding ingredients due to food allergies etc.) This tells me that they make a lot of things fresh and to order and not pre-mixed. I have had only good experiences here. This time we got vegetable pad thai ( really good) thai flatbread with Massaman curry sauce (ADDICTING), Spring rolls with plum sauce, and veggie tempura which was delicious. Also got the sweet fried rice for my daughter. It was well done just not a favorite of mine in particular. Also ordered the healthy rolls to try but they did not arrive. I ordered take out delivery so I do not know if this was a mishap on the deliverer or restaurant's part...but no big deal..it was an easy refund. Not a huge problem in the grand scheme of things. ? Third time here and I'll be back fa sho!

I have always enjoyed everything I've ordered at Thai Haven. Last night I was craving coconut curry noodle soup, and decided to order their Haven Noodle Soup for takeout. Unfortunately, in my haste, I took the shortest route home which involves a lot of sharp turns and potholes. This was not the right decision when transporting a hot container of liquid home!
So I called and asked if I could order just the soup and tofu as my noodles were fine and I didn't want them to make an extra serving without reason. I was totally fine with paying full price though because this was MY stupid mistake.
The manager told me she could replace it for me without charging me! This was so kind and unexpected and really warmed my heart. I will never forget this kindness and I will do all I can to pay it forward. 🩵
Also: the soup was delicious. Fully satisfied my craving totally and I can't wait to come back for more.
