The Burger Den

We've ordered a few times from Uber Eats. Typically the food has been great. Nut today, no. The burgers are smallers, my wife's wasn't correct (missing toppings), and for some reason everything came in Dennys carry out containers. Odd. For the prices, it's not worth anymore, there's better burgers out there.

This Denny’s has a new manager and it shows. Place is cleaner and well staffed. Food was good. We quit going here about six months ago but are happy to be be going again.

Last night placed an online order but the store was closed due to not having staff available. Was told come in speak to a GM by the name of Andrew. In which we did. After getting things situated with our order this man Andrew with a straight face looked my husband in the face and asked do he want a job and he would hire him right then. We were immediately appalled, & offended because for 1 we felt immediately judged and for 2 I’m sure none of the other patrons seated were asked this. Once I verified that he was indeed speaking to my husband I politely said “oh no, not him not interested” Andrew responded and said “oh that’s bad” 🤦🏽‍♀️ here he was ….JUDGING AGAIN. This guy never asked what my husband did for a living, no casual convo, was he employed, etc. NOTHING. Just automatically assumed he was in need of a job and when we declined assumed he just doesn’t want to work. Here it is, my husband is a General Supervisor in solar construction just home for the holidays (dressed very relaxed being this was suppose to be an in and out ordeal) making more than the DISTRICT MANAGER AND EVERYONE IN THE BACKEND OF THAT KITCHEN COMBINED it was extremely insulting. This was a very uncomfortable situation. Bad enough the whole online order situation was bad but to come in the store and be judged was absolutely unacceptable. I will never return to this establishment.
