Last night we attended Heart 4 Winter Haven banquet and we tried your food. Best meal ever 🙌 Full of flavor, great temperature and beautiful presentation... and your staff was outstanding. What a great impression! First time eating your food and it was delicious! Kudos to the chef! ❤️🙌

I had truly forgotten how good the food was since we had a long period between the taste testing and the wedding. Food was served to us first and appetizers were set aside since we were taking pictures during this time. The food was incredible and we gave away any left over food to friends and family who are still eating it. The staff was also incredible.

The chef is hot.

The Catering Company of Central Florida catered at my wedding, and everyone loved the food and staff! They were very accommodating to the fact that I would have a wedding of around 330 guests. The staff was amazing! I truly appreciate them all for making my special day go smooth. Therefore, I didn't have to worry about food, drinks, or cake cutting.

The Catering Company always goes above and beyond on every event for Packaging Corporation of America. The food, service, and attention to detail always exceed our expectations.

We had the best experience - from start to finish. The food was amazing and our guest loved it. The Taco Bar was a huge hit. We still have guest tell us that it was so good. They were so helpful! The food set up and table settings were beautiful. They prioritized us to make sure we got to eat and even made us a to-go box. They also make sure your vendors eat, which was really important to us too. We are so grateful. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Hands down, the best catering I have ever had. The tasting pre-wedding was perfect and the day of the wedding was even better. I will hire the catering company for every future event. For our wedding we really wanted a taco bar and it was 100000% the best I have ever had. I wish I could give the ladies more than 5 stars. Thank you so much!!

I attended a softball banquet tonight the location was perfect for our event. The food was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. Everyone was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a small venue with outstanding food.

The Catering Company was one of two preferred vendors that the venue offered for our granddaughter’s high school graduation party. We selected The Catering Company as they are local.
We ordered a vary of small bites and fresh fruit. The staff arrived on time, were professional and pleasant. The food was delicious. At the end of the party the staff set out “to go” containers so that guests could help themselves to leftovers. They also sliced and plated the cake. I would definitely recommend The Catering Company to anyone needing catering services.

Our experience with The Catering Co was absolute perfection. Although TCC (The Catering Co) is a preferred caterer with our wedding venue; we were granted exception as our wedding was an Indian wedding that required an Indian buffet (of course). After extensive tastings with the top Indian caterers in Orlando and Tampa, we went to our last tasting in WinterHaven with Chef Phil. From the very first bite of tandoori shrimp and samosas, my husband (from India) and I couldn't stop smiling. TCC's Indian cuisine was the absolute best! I even told the venue that yes, she does have an Indian caterer :)
They collaborated with us to create a tasty Indian buffet complete with all the dietary restrictions. When we requested Chef Phil to make one of our beloved Indian curries with our personal recipe. He immediately said yes and it was the absolute favorite dish on the buffet.
Our experience with them was seamless, so easy to work with that TCC catered three events during our 3-day wedding. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are extremely accommodating and never say NO; which is SOOO appreciated during the chaos of wedding planning. Thank you Chef Phil and team :)

Our experience with The Catering Co. for our wedding left much to be desired. Despite meticulous planning and communication, several issues arose, tarnishing what should have been a seamless and memorable day.

One of the most glaring issues was the premature placement of pre-plated salads on the tables, a full two hours before guests entered the venue. As a result, salads containing fresh ingredients sat out for an extended period, compromising their quality and taste. This decision not only clashed with our carefully curated decor but also led to discomfort for our guests who encountered warm, unappetizing salads.

Adding to our frustration was the lack of accountability regarding this misstep. Despite inquiries from our DJ and decorator, the reasoning behind this premature placement remained unclear, leaving us feeling disregarded and undervalued as clients. Furthermore, reports from guests about cold food and less-than-fresh vegetables only added to our disappointment, considering the significant portion of our budget allocated to catering.

While we appreciate The Catering Co.'s acknowledgment of the miscommunication regarding the salad placement, we were disappointed by attempts to shift blame onto us for a delay that did not occur. Contrary to their assertions, our wedding reception experienced only a minor delay, as confirmed by photographic evidence.

Overall, our experience with The Catering Co. fell short of expectations. Despite efforts to address our concerns, the discrepancies in communication and execution left us with a less-than-ideal wedding catering experience. We hope that sharing our experience will serve as a cautionary tale for others and encourage The Catering Co. to prioritize transparency and accountability in their service delivery.

Our wedding venue gave us 2 options to choose from for catering and we chose to go with the Catering Co because the prices were more affordable and they provided appetizer & dinner options that looked appealing to us- and we're so glad we went with them! Christa is so sweet and super responsive with emails and phone calls. The Catering Co has a delicious menu with a wide variety of options for appetizers and dinner. Christa worked with us to create a menu that incorporated the food we wanted while staying within our budget. She was flexible, kind, and suggested options to help us save money which I really appreciated. We did the taste tasting and she helped us refine our menu and guide us in the right direction to accomplish our vision. On wedding day, the food was absolutely delicious! They provided silverware, plates, napkins, and a beverage station which made it stress-free. We also added a coffee station which guests loved. They also cut and served our wedding cake. In addition to our wedding day, we chose the Catering Co. for our rehearsal dinner and had a yummy pasta station. At both the rehearsal dinner and wedding, the staff were on-time, professional, and friendly. They set-up and tore down quickly. Overall, I highly recommend the Catering Company. Christa works very hard to stay within your budget and incorporate all your wants while not compromising on the quality and taste of the food. Reasonable pricing with the most bang for your buck. The catering packages include everything you need so you don't have to worry about it. Thank you Christa & team!
