This was my 1st time here, I had to try it before they close. Sad that I did not come before, Our server Jacob was the best server I have ever had he was 2nd to none. Food did not disappoint, I had the ribeye seasoned and cooked to perfection with a corn bacon thing that was on point, and I can’t forget about that truffle mac and cheese wife had a seafood dish, even the kids approved (Grill Cheese and Cheeseburger), and the drinks were amazing as well. Jacob recommended the bread pudding drink that paired well with the bread pudding dessert. Thanks for a great experience Jacob and Fire restaurant. Please go check them out before they close and ask for Jacob. Hopefully they will find a new spot and reopen.

Excellent customer service and food over the top!
I ate dinner here this evening while out of town on business and both the food and service were outstanding! Because I was a “first timer” dining a complimentary glass of champagne was provided. I enjoyed the salmon dip with crackers appetizer. For dinner I had the grilled salmon over lobster risotto and would rate it a 10 out of 10!

Good Food, Great Service, and a Relaxed Atmosphere!
Few of us decided to have dinner at this restaurant on a Thursday evening, and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal.
The food was presented beautifully, almost too pretty to eat—but I managed! Everything tasted as good as it looked. The server was attentive and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the meal, without hovering too much.
A small heads-up: there’s only public parking nearby, so be prepared to hunt for a spot. But once you’re inside, it’s well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back for another peaceful evening!

One moment ago: I'm am amending my oringal review. The restaurant contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication on thier site. I will try them out and leave a review that reflects the quality of their food and atmosphere.
7/7 @ 310pm: Your site allowed me to make a reservation at a time you were closed. when I showed up you advised you had just closed and had a private party. I'm sure you guys are great but I wish you would update tou system so no reservations can be made at you closing time. I drove 30 mins to your spot.
Food was so good and our waitress samantha was so nice. Everything came out so fast and was very flavorful. Will be back and highly recommended!

I'm torn on this place. I've come here a half dozen times now between work meetings and personal occasions. It's wildly inconsistent. The service quality goes from AAA, to F. This past Saturday was one of the bad nights. I have had several great meals here, but I'm finally leaving a review in hopes the owner takes some action. I'd rather come here than drive another 15 minutes to Texas Cattle Company... but man, it's getting harder to support the more local place. TCC is slightly more expensive, but the treatment is better by far.
10 minute wait to be seated at 7pm, with half the place empty. Okay... Door left wide open, so there's a flies and mosquitos buzzing around... no. Close the door guys, if you want to attract people in, your kitchen exhaust will do that just fine.
Finally seated, another 15 minutes to get a drink order taken, by probably the pushiest waiter we've ever had. Me: "I'd like a smoked old fashioned with.." Him: "OF COURSE you want it a double, tall, marker's mark" ... Bro give me 30 seconds and let me order what I want, then try the upsell... interrupted my wife's order as well. 15 minutes to get the drinks made for some reason, the bartender wasn't busy. Drinks sat at the end of the bar for a bit until the water went and grabbed them. So we're 40 minutes now from entering and finally getting our drinks, not even ordered food yet.
Place our order. Interrupted non-stop. Out of half the stuff I'm trying to order. Char crusted NY... nope, can't char crust tonight... can you Pittsburgh medium then? Doesn't know what that means... okay, ask the chef please. Verifies they can. With the cognac pepper sauce, nope out of that, I forget the next 2 or 3 things they were out of... but if it's dead, on a Saturday at 7pm... why are you out of so much?
Have gotten to where I say two words, and wait, since I'm going to get interrupted and spoken over anyway... I asked for the Ribeye, "I thought you wanted the Strip", "I did, but you told me they aren't doing the char crusted, so I asked you if you could do a Ribeye Pittsburgh instead" OF COURSE YOU'll WANT side xyz... Wife tries to order her filet, can't make it 4 works without interruptions.
1 WARM salad showed up, for 2 people. We both asked for Caesar. We did get those good little cornbreads, which we were still eating on when the waiter picked them up and cleared our table of the plate they were on, as well as my drink that was still 1/4 full.
I ordered Ribeye, Pittsburgh, which is also known as black and blue, it should be charred on the outside, and medium to medium rare inside. What I got was a WELL done NY Strip that was basically beef jerky firmness. What my wife got was a medium NY Strip instead of Filet Mignon. By this point we were very annoyed and just ate, paid, left. Charged for what was delivered, but was not what we wanted/orderd. $189 after tip for 2 people, who had 2 drinks each, we didn't even want the 2nd round, but the waiter basically insisted, I said yes to get him to go away and stop checking in on our drinks every few minutes. Price wise, wouldn't have been near that just down the road, and we would've been in and out in half the time. Please work with your staff, I can't say we're going to come back anytime soon after the last few trips have been so bad, but I wish you all the best.
