Tropical Smoothie Cafe

They still have plant based meat on the menu but never have it. I can even order it in the app and they never say anything. Are they giving me real chicken when I order plant based chicken? I would like the plant based chicken back.

My experience wasn’t the best. The staff seemed to ignore me when I came in, which made the visit unwelcoming. On top of that, the smoothies were watery and lacked flavor. I was really hoping for something more refreshing and tasty. Sandwich was decent.

Ordered a peanut butter cup that was extremely watery had them remake it twice , then requested a refund which they advised they were unable to do , won’t be coming to this location again

I went in today to order a smoothie, I had 3 people in front of me and all of their names were called for their orders. (They were all Caucasian) when my smoothie was up it was just put on the counter and my name wasn’t called at all. It was a boy with blue painted nails who put my order out and he called everyone’s name but mine. Mind you I am an African American woman. I felt extremely racially discriminated today and I want jobs TAKEN! I’m not letting this go I had a busy day after this experience and will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Great smoothies, the store is clean, but the need to do a little pest control. I understand you can't totally keep bugs out during summer. Did till the staff and just got an oh my response.

Have came here before workers at counter were on their phones, took some time to prepare my order, food was decent. And I’ve come again and they locked the doors 10-15 minutes before closing I get it’s a Friday and you want to leave quick but just wasn’t cool and they were just standing on their phones

Zack was very rude, the food was not presentable and was not made in the way it was supposed to have been made. Then refused to give me a refund !

Thanks for no one being at the counter when I was walking in especially when there was only two people waiting to be served, I instead went to the market and got some fresh fruit and powders and I’ll be making my own homemade from now on 😅

got uber eats order for food and smoothies— however i never got my two smoothies and when i tried calling, no one picked up and the call kept failing afterwards.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could the food was terrible and cold I happen to have seen a cockroach in the lobby of this store and there employees are absolutely terrible I would not recommend coming to this tropical smoothie

This is the worse experience I have had in a business in a long time. Waiting 30 minutes after online order. Having to leave because they are so slow and can’t handle the load. Terrible management!
