Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We ordered multiple products. My daughter's blimey limey was subpar. According to the employee, there's nothing that can be done about subpar products. She was nasty and rude! Would not provide contact information for upper management to be contacted. This incident occurred on 2.3.26 @1056. Subsequently, my daughter discarded $10 in the trash can, because it was that disgusting. We have both had blimey limey smoothies and what was provided was a concoction of nothingness! We didn't request a refund, we wanted another option. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty! Service. I'll drive the extra miles for Cypress Gardens' location

As much money as they charge and ALL FOUR of the drinks I ordered had whole cubes of ice at the bottom. At least 1/3 of the cups was filled with pure ice (not just chunks of ice). One of the drinks weren’t even completely filled, which makes it that much worse. What a rip off!

Drove over 20 minutes to get a smoothie, The smoothie came out Bitter and disgusting. I was told by the manager that I could not get a refund or a remake of another smoothie .I will not be returning to this location.

My brother came in to get a smoothie. The smoothie was over $13 and he added whey protein, collagen and more. He asked for no bananas because he is ALLERGIC. They still made it with banana, he asked them to remake it because he’s highly allergic to bananas. They told him over and over they cannot remake it.. so he asked them for a refund they said they couldn’t do that either. Finally, they agreed to remake it, snatched the drink from his hand and still did not even make it correctly.. they made it with so much ice it was a solid as a rock and he couldn’t even drink it through the straw.

The workers were EXTREMELY rude and did not care if he was allergic or not even though he asked multiple times for NO BANANA..

I wish I know who the owner was so I could talk to them I deeply pray that they see this review and address this issue. I couldn’t even imagine treating a customer this way.

I ordered A mango Magic and it came out very icy and not smooth how it usually comes out. It also tasted very different so I kindly asked the lady who wouldn’t give me her name if she they can remake it and they said no, she had dark hair and glasses, So I asked for a Manager, and she said the Manager Is in a meeting and will be in a meeting for 45 minutes. And she also wouldn’t give me her name. I’m very Disappointed at the Manager and everyone in this establishment with how they handled this. Does it cost you that much to remake a smoothie? 0 stars I’m very upset

They still have plant based meat on the menu but never have it. I can even order it in the app and they never say anything. Are they giving me real chicken when I order plant based chicken? I would like the plant based chicken back.

My experience wasn’t the best. The staff seemed to ignore me when I came in, which made the visit unwelcoming. On top of that, the smoothies were watery and lacked flavor. I was really hoping for something more refreshing and tasty. Sandwich was decent.

Ordered a peanut butter cup that was extremely watery had them remake it twice , then requested a refund which they advised they were unable to do , won’t be coming to this location again

I went in today to order a smoothie, I had 3 people in front of me and all of their names were called for their orders. (They were all Caucasian) when my smoothie was up it was just put on the counter and my name wasn’t called at all. It was a boy with blue painted nails who put my order out and he called everyone’s name but mine. Mind you I am an African American woman. I felt extremely racially discriminated today and I want jobs TAKEN! I’m not letting this go I had a busy day after this experience and will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Great smoothies, the store is clean, but the need to do a little pest control. I understand you can't totally keep bugs out during summer. Did till the staff and just got an oh my response.

Have came here before workers at counter were on their phones, took some time to prepare my order, food was decent. And I’ve come again and they locked the doors 10-15 minutes before closing I get it’s a Friday and you want to leave quick but just wasn’t cool and they were just standing on their phones

Best service excellent manager and staff. Very clean and great atmosphere. 10 stars and a trophy
