Great smoothies, the store is clean, but the need to do a little pest control. I understand you can't totally keep bugs out during summer. Did till the staff and just got an oh my response.

Have came here before workers at counter were on their phones, took some time to prepare my order, food was decent. And I’ve come again and they locked the doors 10-15 minutes before closing I get it’s a Friday and you want to leave quick but just wasn’t cool and they were just standing on their phones

Thanks for no one being at the counter when I was walking in especially when there was only two people waiting to be served, I instead went to the market and got some fresh fruit and powders and I’ll be making my own homemade from now on 😅

got uber eats order for food and smoothies— however i never got my two smoothies and when i tried calling, no one picked up and the call kept failing afterwards.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could the food was terrible and cold I happen to have seen a cockroach in the lobby of this store and there employees are absolutely terrible I would not recommend coming to this tropical smoothie

This is the worse experience I have had in a business in a long time. Waiting 30 minutes after online order. Having to leave because they are so slow and can’t handle the load. Terrible management!

I placed an online order here yesterday (on 11/29). When I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my smoothie, I was told they were unable to make any smoothies at the time AND they were unable to process a refund at this time. I was told to call back and speak to the general manager (Abi) after three pm. I explained to the young lady (Brittany was her name) that I would not be available after 3 PM but that I would call the next day. I called today (11/30) and spoke with Brittney who advised that I needed to come back in a second time and bring my card AGAIN to get a refund. I asked to speak to the general manager ,because I would not be in town for quite some time during the holidays and would not be able to bring my card back a second time anytime soon (I had my card with me yesterday and was told they could not process a refund). Brittney claims she did not know the GM’s office number, when he would be in again nor his last name.
This is the worst customer service ever. This restaurant made a mistake was not able to make what I ordered, did not turn off the feature on the app to prevent you from ordering and now want to inconvenience me (and other customers) to come back in to fix an issue they created. BUYER BEWARE!! if I ever get this issue resolved, I will NEVER order anything else again. I have ordered from this location before and had a similar issue, but that issue was resolved quickly! Not this time. DO NOT ORDER IN THE APP! It will take a miracle to get your money back and you will be greatly inconvenienced.
UPDATE: Today, 12/2, Shawn took care of me. I did end up going back in person which was an inconvenience, but the great customer service that Shaun gave was excellent. I still will never order from this location on the app again and will likely not return but wanted to update and let consumers know it was corrected.

I had an online pickup order for a smoothie bowl and minutes after placing the order I walked in and my order was already ready. I took my bag and left, and upon opening the bag I see I’ve been given a completely rock hard frozen smoothie bowl obviously taken from the freezer. To make things worse, the fruit on top was spoiled. It was so bad I had to throw it away. Such a waste. Do not order from this location!
