Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I made a mistake of placing my online order through the mobile app and then go into Walmart. It was a madhouse. Pick up time for my smoothie had passed by 20 minutes. I called and spoke with Luke and they were amazing. They agreed to remake my smoothie and it taste delicious.

Was a little skeptical to step foot in this establishment because of the negative reviews but I was in the area and didn't want to go too far out. I was welcomed immediately, with a smile, the service was pretty quick in my opinion. Especially with having one of the employees training another employee while making wraps, etc. They were very professional

The people working had a bunch of orders and I still did not wait too long for my smoothie. Delicious as always, bahama mama is my go to.

TOO SLOW TO PREPARE… experienced staff just observing the newbies do it all

I ordered on the app, drove about 8-10min to the store, we went inside to pick up our smoothies, and waited. They were calling out names by it wasn’t ours. She even looked right at us and saw us standing there. So we waited longer. I happened to move out of the way and into the back corner of the space and that’s when we saw my name on the two smoothies we purchased. What in the world? We are not some food delivery who rush in and out. Why were we not told that they could be sitting in the corner? Very disappointing since we LOVE the smoothies!
Please tell your staff to make it known to people who’ve ordered that the their smoothies may be shoved in a corner, melting. ?

Worst service I have ever seen. Totally ignored by employees then they let the order sit for at least 10 minutes before giving it to me. 30 years in customer service and I would have fired everyone of them if they worked for me. Highly recommend going to a different location. Don't know who is managing this location but they need to be replaced as well. Pathetic.

Slowest worst tropical smoothie I've ever been to. Zero management. Zero care. Only one employee was working at a pace worth paying. Took 35 min to get 3 wraps. Get your place in order or close. Could have sat down at restaurant and ate quicker. Cold food. Never again.

Attempted to make a purchase it was 7:39pm as soon as I walked in everyone had an attitude looking at us no one acknowledged us while standing there over 5 minutes I understand you close at 8 but that’s well over enough time one of the girls even rolled her eyes it’s sad cause we are regulars here and the people working today just didn’t want to be there especially the person cleaning the to go order section

We came here for dinner after a day at Lego Land and the service was excellent - the ladies provided food and smoothie recommendations for us and the kids. We switched one of our smoothie choices towards the end and they needed up making us both options. A few other extra things with a friendly voice and smile. I’ve not had this type of great customer service in a long time - will definitely be back when we’re in the area next!

It’s a cute place. First time here as I am a sucker for an açaí bowl. That’s what I had. It’s was okay. It wasn’t good or bad I just have standards. I’ve had better açaí bowls. I did order two smoothies that I did not try but I was told it was good. If you’re looking for good authentic açaí bowls this definitely doesn’t meet up to par. Location and ambience was great though. And staff was nice
