Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Store hours are on the door stating closing time 9pm. The employees close the doors 30mins earlier and will attempt to ignore that you are even knocking on the door to refuse entry. To then be asked what I will be purchasing , you guys need to do better with this. Meanwhile their buddies are hanging out in the store.

The employees literally stare at the phone and don’t answer. I always ordered curbside and have to go inside because they won’t answer or bring it out. Today i ordered curbside and they put it on the door dash stand and left it there for 20
minutes. Ignored my calls and when i went in they laughed and tried to hand me smoothies that were sitting for 20 minutes. I am disappointed as an rewards member who comes to this location 3-4 times a week. they told me they didn’t have time to bring it out. will be finding a more professional location.

I walked into this establishment and was not greeted. I decided to let it go since the young man at the front appeared to be consumed with organizing things on the counter. I was the only customer and proceeded to the register. I stood there and still wasn’t acknowledged. I knew what I wanted but busied myself with looking at the menu. Still nothing. I then looked over at the young man wondering if he saw me walk in or heard the bell ring when I entered. He continued with what he was doing and at this point I’m thinking that maybe the task at hand had to be completed before taking my order. But a simple, “be with you in a minute” would’ve been nice. I then decided to leave due to this horrible customer service. I will not be back to this location and I don’t recommend.

They say they close at 9pm but close at 845pm please make this make sense we closing at 9pm or 845pm

Monique at the register made tropical smoothie look more attractive than Tijuana flats and siagon garden next door

The guy closing tonight that was on register made my smoothie really good and was very nice and welcoming. Being an indecisive person I went back and ordered a food item as well and they quickly brought it out for me with no hesitation❤️ good customer service and fast

I made a mistake of placing my online order through the mobile app and then go into Walmart. It was a madhouse. Pick up time for my smoothie had passed by 20 minutes. I called and spoke with Luke and they were amazing. They agreed to remake my smoothie and it taste delicious.

Was a little skeptical to step foot in this establishment because of the negative reviews but I was in the area and didn't want to go too far out. I was welcomed immediately, with a smile, the service was pretty quick in my opinion. Especially with having one of the employees training another employee while making wraps, etc. They were very professional

The people working had a bunch of orders and I still did not wait too long for my smoothie. Delicious as always, bahama mama is my go to.

TOO SLOW TO PREPARE… experienced staff just observing the newbies do it all

I ordered on the app, drove about 8-10min to the store, we went inside to pick up our smoothies, and waited. They were calling out names by it wasn’t ours. She even looked right at us and saw us standing there. So we waited longer. I happened to move out of the way and into the back corner of the space and that’s when we saw my name on the two smoothies we purchased. What in the world? We are not some food delivery who rush in and out. Why were we not told that they could be sitting in the corner? Very disappointing since we LOVE the smoothies!
Please tell your staff to make it known to people who’ve ordered that the their smoothies may be shoved in a corner, melting. ?

Worst service I have ever seen. Totally ignored by employees then they let the order sit for at least 10 minutes before giving it to me. 30 years in customer service and I would have fired everyone of them if they worked for me. Highly recommend going to a different location. Don't know who is managing this location but they need to be replaced as well. Pathetic.

Slowest worst tropical smoothie I've ever been to. Zero management. Zero care. Only one employee was working at a pace worth paying. Took 35 min to get 3 wraps. Get your place in order or close. Could have sat down at restaurant and ate quicker. Cold food. Never again.
