We got there 30 minutes before they closed and in the middle of our order, an employee in the back, with the worst attitude stated no no no more food I shut everything down already. 30 minutes before closing? I've worked in fast food before and never has the team been allowed to close the kitchen 30 minutes before. Horrible service. Waste of time and a trip. I can see why this has the reviews it does. It should be either shut down or fire the staff and rehire. There was only one decent girl there and she couldn't really do much. Again don't go unless you want a bad time.

I come every saturday morning & love the customer service from the 2 gentleman that work there🤩! Everything comes out great never have nothing bad to say . can’t say too much for the week days

I come in this location all the time and always get the same crappy service . This store is just ran by ignorant teens with horrible attitudes they never greet anybody every single time I come in here I always observe what’s going on and anytime a customer comes in nobody ever gets greeted, they will literally look at you and act like they don’t see you. You would have to come up to them to say the first word to even greeted. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be fixed by the manager and also the owner of the store and I’m glad I’m not the only one who sees this problem according to the reviews .Although the food is good. The service definitely needs to be handled to be better.

Store hours are on the door stating closing time 9pm. The employees close the doors 30mins earlier and will attempt to ignore that you are even knocking on the door to refuse entry. To then be asked what I will be purchasing , you guys need to do better with this. Meanwhile their buddies are hanging out in the store.

The employees literally stare at the phone and don’t answer. I always ordered curbside and have to go inside because they won’t answer or bring it out. Today i ordered curbside and they put it on the door dash stand and left it there for 20
minutes. Ignored my calls and when i went in they laughed and tried to hand me smoothies that were sitting for 20 minutes. I am disappointed as an rewards member who comes to this location 3-4 times a week. they told me they didn’t have time to bring it out. will be finding a more professional location.

I walked into this establishment and was not greeted. I decided to let it go since the young man at the front appeared to be consumed with organizing things on the counter. I was the only customer and proceeded to the register. I stood there and still wasn’t acknowledged. I knew what I wanted but busied myself with looking at the menu. Still nothing. I then looked over at the young man wondering if he saw me walk in or heard the bell ring when I entered. He continued with what he was doing and at this point I’m thinking that maybe the task at hand had to be completed before taking my order. But a simple, “be with you in a minute” would’ve been nice. I then decided to leave due to this horrible customer service. I will not be back to this location and I don’t recommend.

They say they close at 9pm but close at 845pm please make this make sense we closing at 9pm or 845pm

Monique at the register made tropical smoothie look more attractive than Tijuana flats and siagon garden next door
