The manager was yelling at the employees and degrading them infront of customers. As I was cashing out she was yelling at the young cashier very aggressively. I find this very unprofessional and concerning that a manager would treat anyone like that especially employees helping customers. Someone should definitely look into this situation. This experience makes me not want to come to this location.

The customer service is atrocious, and they ignore all that they can, so as to not take care of their mess ups. The employees will allow, or give, your order to other people. After they do that they will stand on they can not remake because it was picked up. Stay away from this joke of an establishment

The manager was super nice but we had our order taken by a robot in drive thru. I hate robots. Also, they forgot my lettuce on my chicken sandwich.
It is impossible to get food here. Half of the time it is hot, but you’ll be waiting 20 minutes before an employee even decides to make eye contact with you, let alone take your order. If you’re on lunch break, good luck getting back in time to clock in.

Pulled up to this Wendy’s around 6pm on a Friday night with 2 charter buses full of high schoolers. This crew didn’t complain or get upset. They took care of us and got us in and out in less than an hour! Honestly, fast food restaurants can be hit or miss and this one was a HIT! We were able to get back on the road with 104 happy students and chaperones! Thank you!!

This Wendys has one of the most nicest staff you will ever meet. Liam who works in drive thru at nice is so pleasant. But overall everyone that works there is so pleasant and welcoming.
