10:30 nobody takes order waited 20 minutes drove up to the window where you pay and staff members standing there so I honk my horn short young chubby girl opens the windows and I ask is anyone taking orders her responsewas we are short staffed and closed at 10 , no sign was up they were closed. Horrible, not the only thing other times I've gone employees smell like weed, not sure what's the deal with management

Stopped by in drivethru to try the thin mint frosty. Ordered 2 junior sizes. She said that it would be a dollar more. Which i said was fine. She charged me $7 for both. Which makes then $3.50 each including tax. Did not give me a receipt. A couple days later we wanted to try the chocolate version. So i ordered them online. For 2 medium size thin mint frosties, it was $7.50 including tax. So tell me why i paid $7 for 2 juniors. How many people a day do they steal $2 from. I imagine they could make a lot depending on how many people they do this to.

They're a bit slow for "fast food" but the food was ok. If you're dining in be prepared for endless buzzers and alarms from the food preparation; it seemed to me the cooks don't know how to shut them off

Terrible terrible spot. I just moved into the area and have gone here about two or three times every time I go the order is incorrect with the wrong items and the customer service here is horrible.

Worker there by the name of saquana has terrible customer service, gives attitude through the speaker as if she doesn’t want to take your order. She needs to be retrained, & trained how to cook the food & give people fresh food instead of stale.

They don't have counter service. You have to use a kiosk, I hate kiosks. You have no way to ask for something special. Not a plesent experience. Also the workers did not look or act like they were very happy to be there.

I think the waiter at the counter is selling drugs. He made us use the kiosk and said there is no cash register. But a young man his age came in twice and handed him money over the counter and said I want two. No food was ever served and the customer left.

There was only diet drinks, the tables were sticky, and they got my order wrong. Let alone I scanned a code and it didn't do anything.
I went to try the Krabby Patty meal here. First of all they didn’t have the frosty, said they were sold out. Then I open up the burger and there’s no vegetables besides a couple pieces of soiled lettuce on it (pictured below). This is my first ever google review.
