I’m writing a book. It doesn’t matter what time I visit, the service is great. You don’t get that much, anymore.The AI can be confusing, at first. I could ask a million times what was included on my burger. AI told me. No need to stress out the employee further with dumb questions, like my own .We work 3rd shift. We get breakfast, and extremely late dinner occasionally. The service is the same! Always a cheerful employee, with my experience

Last time over 17 dollars for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a 1/2 full box of lamp fry’s?? Last time I didn’t get my fry’s they don’t answer the phone so here’s why I was calling. Won’t be back!

My experience here at Wendy's was great!! Burgers were well made, it wasn't falling apart like some other fast foods do them. A very nice and amazing crew member called Brittney made conversation with the clients and makes them laugh, including me lol.

Went to the Wendy’s on Cypress Gardens Blvd in Winter Haven, FL. It used to be that when you got a baked potato, it filled the tray, as well as the stomach. Apparently, based on tonight’s meal, those days are long gone. What I got for my $5 was an overcooked tennis ball size potato with 2 small greasy pieces of bacon on it. I paid for extra cheese sauce too. I hate to see what the regular amount would be. When I got my order, they gave me a flimsy plastic spoon to eat with. When I requested a knife and a fork, I was told they had none. They also did not have any salt. She did give me several packets of pepper in case I wanted to add that. We went to this Wendy’s because the one by my residence is really awful. This one ranks up there with the one near me.

Employees were nice and food was good. Have had pur food messed up a few times so just check it before you leave. Inside tables were clean and inviting while waiting for order and would dine in in the future.

If I could give 0 that’s what I would give. I wait in line to pay for 15 minutes then they told us to pull up and they will bring it out waited for another 10 minutes. Come back to the window because I’m pretty sure they forgot and they tell me that they hadn’t made my order because they have no more nuggets. If that’s the case why wasn’t I aware of this before. Finally gives me my order and what do you know it’s completely WRONG. July 18 2025 at 12:07 just so they know who was on shift.

Don’t go to this Wendy’s, they will put mayo on your burger even if you tell them you are allergic to it.
Found a plastic piece inside of my potatoe and the manager only said...ok. thank you

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Advice to customers, Dont order anything unless your going to check your order before you leave to make sure its right. They want the paycheck but can't make the food that on the menu, literally no special instruction. Order a Jr bacon cheese burger and get a cheese burger. God forbid you inform them of any allergies. Check your orders people... Do better Wendy's!

I went there after a day at Legoland with my family to eat. I ordered a number 10 but the cashier rang up a 10 piece nugget meal. She had a fake AirPod in her ear so maybe it’s why she couldn’t hear well. Instead of apologizing she called a manager over to say I told her the wrong order. When I tried to explain myself the manager told me to calm down. So rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

10:30 nobody takes order waited 20 minutes drove up to the window where you pay and staff members standing there so I honk my horn short young chubby girl opens the windows and I ask is anyone taking orders her responsewas we are short staffed and closed at 10 , no sign was up they were closed. Horrible, not the only thing other times I've gone employees smell like weed, not sure what's the deal with management

Stopped by in drivethru to try the thin mint frosty. Ordered 2 junior sizes. She said that it would be a dollar more. Which i said was fine. She charged me $7 for both. Which makes then $3.50 each including tax. Did not give me a receipt. A couple days later we wanted to try the chocolate version. So i ordered them online. For 2 medium size thin mint frosties, it was $7.50 including tax. So tell me why i paid $7 for 2 juniors. How many people a day do they steal $2 from. I imagine they could make a lot depending on how many people they do this to.
