We just discovered this place and had the Fried Rice. My wife had chicken only and I had chicken and steak. This was some of the best food I've ever eaten. It was truly outstanding, with just the right amount of spices without being overwhelming, very large portions, and the meat had great flavor and was done to perfection. We'll definitely be going back. The lady who took our order was also very kind.

Stay away. There are better place’s you can spend your money on in the same area. I was given left over meat that look dry and left out for days. You also have to pay before you eat which is crazy and they ask for a tip but can’t atleast bring you your food. Horrible just really really bad.

The food was okay, we ordered via DD and the food came packaged well, still warm and fresh. Side salad was disappointing it was basically taco toppings (shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro and shredded cheese) Steak was ok, baked chicken was nearly identical to Walmart’s $6 rotisserie, the boneless pork chop was seasoned nicely
However the boiled yuca was SUPER dry almost inedible. Yellow rice and black beans were really good. Sweet plantains were perfectly cooked.

They took a doordash order from me and marked the food as out of stock, generic things like meat and rice that I know they were not out of stock of. They then proceeded to place a can of soda in a bag and let the dasher pick it up. Wasting my time having to contact support to go through a refund process.

You need to do better, this is just not acceptable, I will never make an order from here again.

Zarza is one of my favorite restaurants and the fried rice is the best. This location has great customer service. I have never had a bad visit.

I think it's more of a take out place since they don't offer table service. The food was really good. We ordered sangria and paid for it and then found out they were out. It took a bit to figure out how to get another beverage.

Everytime we come the food is amazing. You never feel bad about what you've ordered, everything on the menu is awesome. The environment is relaxed and welcoming. Very clean, and kind staff. Very well priced. Highly recommend!

I wasn’t going to make a complaint. However, if a customer has issues and kindly returns food and only wants a refund (even if they didn’t eat it), then It’s unacceptable for the owner/manager to have no accountability, blame the store they get their products from, and get defensive. No one should pay for food that has to be returned because of its poor quality. Plus, the order was not accurate. They may have restaurant experience (so she says since she owns two restaurants) but they obviously have NO hospitality or customer service experience. Learn to take guest’s experience and build off it to better your business. Furthermore, the owner said, as I was walking out, “que pena la tuya.” Let me translate that to you all, “ what a shame on you.” Shame on me for returning food that smelled sour and the order was inaccurate? With all due respect, shame on you and your whole business. Please learn from this and do better. I also proof of the conversation.
