Always get a very fresh salad but the cucumbers and tomatoes were soggy on my last purchase. Would have returned it but didn't have time to go back.

The once nice size salad that once filled me up was half the size and not enough grilled chicken in it at all, I used to enjoy the salads but now I won't buy again. Same price for less and thats just not the best !

The food always comes out good and fresh but the attitude of the workers at this location is awful at this point idk if itās management but the two years Iāve come to this location all of our drive thru experiences have been terrible they get attitude they get nasty and itās unprofessional I know people have bad days but every time we come we have an issue with workers and them being pissy about having customers but for two years and lord knows how many different employees weāve encountered itās ridiculous every time we come they get rude about doing the job they asked to be hired for especially at 11:30 when barely anyone has come through and the shifts are probably almost either over or just starting and itās not even every zaxbys just this location we always struggle with it would definitely change a lot of the stores atmosphere if the employees actually acted like they cared about the job

(This report happened Aug 12 2025) Iām not one to fish for issues or even leave reviews but I eat here a lot and so I decided to check their inspection results. Mind you this was a pass š. 7 violations, inspector noted dead flies in the trap near the dish washer area. Other violations on areas that donāt have food contact were noted but the most concerning and why I wonāt be eating here again until reports improve is this intermediate violation. Iāll quote the whole thing
āIntermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Soda nozzle on the drink station in drive thru.ā
Now thatās just a shame, on the driver thru soda machine, thereās a āmold like substance or smileā??? I go here too often, always thru the drive thru to be putting up with that. Itās a shame, itās disgusting, and itās gotta change. You can find violations online by searching āPolk county restaurant inspectionsā. As a fan of Zaxbys food, it was a big disappointment.
