I went to zaxby's yesterday because I had been craving chicken. They had the best fried chicken. The only thing I hate is when you get the chicken strip basket with the coleslaw, they pour it inside with the food instead of having it cupped up into a bowl, and then all the mayonnaise juice just runs everywhere all over the rest of the food.

Ordered the wings and things tosses in bbq. Fries were hot and well seasoned but the wings were freezing cold. The tenders had good flavor but there’s more crunch than meat on them. They’re small to only get 3. And the breeding to meat ratio was far off. Also ordered a peach tea. Within two sips the peach was gone. And the tea itself taste how nail polish smells.

I don’t know who they have working here but every time you try to order something through Uber Eats, they tell the driver that the order has already been picked up, and then the store cancels the order. This kept happening and I asked the drivers to tell me what they would say, and three different drivers told me the same thing so it’s not Uber. The employees are probably just really lazy and don’t feel like working. God forbid…

Pulled up to drive thru and the girl standing there taking orders halfway asked me what she could get me and continued to look the other direction talking to someone in her ear piece or something. I had to get her attention just to see the menu and she really didn't want to show me that either. So, I went somewhere else. Winter Haven has the worse customer service.

Zaxbys will ALWAYS be my Favorite chicken spot. Mhm. Now I'm hungry. Which is OK cuz I can go get my Free zax snack thanks to my purchase of one last week!!

I come here often , always drive thru and my experience with the window people are always awful. There is a Hispanic woman , with short black curly hair always slicked back in a bun . She always has the worst customer service. Almost an attitude every time I get food. I came a couple weeks ago and there was an incident with the car in front of me. I’m not sure what happened but her head was out the window and yelling at the car in front. when I pulled up to the window and she took my change she slammed the window so hard it bounced back open almost. An African American male that had a higher pitched voice had came to the window and told me “it’s not you, it was the car in front of you that made her angry” I said “oh okay” today when I pulled up to the window she said nothing I’m not even asking for a smile or a “hello how are you” but I’m just saying her looking at me with aggression on her face , makes me not want to ever come back to this location. I love the food , I always do it’s my favorite fast food ever. But my fries today are so hard and feel old. I think this location needs either a better team or some retraining on better customer service. Worked in the restaurant industry for almost 6 years and this is just not acceptable.

Can’t seem to follow simple directions at night i asked for Zax sauce instead of ranch at the speaker and at the window she said I got you got home got nothing but ranch. Was asked boneless or traditional at the speaker I repeated myself 3 times traditional and when I got home boneless. Oh but I got charged for traditional. Can’t follow simple directions

This is now the second time we’ve gone to this Zaxby’s in winter haven FL and have gotten three full meals and 2 kids meals and got 0 sauce.
