Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is now the second time we’ve gone to this Zaxby’s in winter haven FL and have gotten three full meals and 2 kids meals and got 0 sauce.

This restaurant is good for eating a delicious chicken burger or chicken fingers. The restaurant has a team of very active workers ready to deliver your order at lightning speed. Great, recommended.

Ordered food for curbside , checked in on the app, waited a few minutes , decided to check in through my email as well since we hadn’t received our food yet (15 minute mark),waited… add an additional 5 min., decided to go through drive thru because I continued to see everyone get their food but us, FINALLY got our food as soon as we pulled up to the window. Didn’t get an apology or compensation, I’m a very “get over it” person but either this shift needs to DO BETTER or you guys should NOT offer CURBSIDE if we are not going to be attended to.

Apparently $40 worth of food isn’t enough to get enough sauces not even the ones that are suppose to come with the meals let alone the extra we paid for.

Swear this is the best Zaxbys in a 100 mile radius. Food is always on point and seasoned well.

Ordered online and picked up in drive thru i should have checked my food since they couldn't even get the drinks correct got home and there was no garlic aoli on any of the phillies. Ordered a side of 2 egg rolls and only received one and no dipping sauce for them at all. Called the store and Gabbie was rude and not helpful at all. I was told to go on Zaxby's listens and couldn't do that since I was not given a receipt. So pretty much 50.00 worth of food in the garbage. Will not ever go to a Zaxby's again.

I had only eaten at a Zaxbys once at a different location and the food was really bad. I never returned but this time I was with a group of people and it was a different location.. Wow the difference was surprising. The food was fresh and hot. I was very pleased.

Just had an absolutely atrocious experience at this location in winter haven. Could hardly hear the guy on the speaker in the drive thru. He cut me off multiple times trying to order 3 meals and a couple of additional drinks. The terror continued as some lady who must have been having a terrible day then handed us 1 of our 2 large drinks. I said is this the diet Dr Pepper or the coke and she snapped back “whichever is large” to which I said I ordered two large drinks. Her constituent in this nightmare said that’s the diet Dr Pepper. I then asked her for a couple of additional sauces and instead of saying no problem or my pleasure like a human being, she continued this example of the worst customer service routine and said “50 cents then”. As we were rushed to grab the drinks, my fiance checked the bag and there were no straws. I asked kindly even though I was pretty annoyed and she said loudly “they are in the bag!!” To which I said they aren’t and she basically threw the straws at me. Before I could even get over how this place employs this person and was going to ask for some extra napkins, she closed the window as I was inconveniencing her today at the establishment she works at. Needless to say I was in a rush, hence being in the drive thru, and trying to get back to a dance studio, but if I had the time I would have gone inside and let them know just how poor the service was. This place is terrible
