Just called Rivers Lakeland to place a pick up order. Man answered the phone. Stated they don't take orders by phone have to do online. Told him I tried that wouldn't work. Said that's how they do take out. I've been going to 4 Rivers for years. Was ordering for six people over $100. Told him I'll find some place else to order from. Won't be back.
4rivers have really gone down in quality food, the prices are ridiculous in regards to the size of the portion they serve. Never go to the SODO 4rivers in Orlando. 1. The worst customer service. 2. They will serve you luke warm meats, specifically the dry ribs and sausage. 3. Burnt mac n cheese… When 4rivers started in Winter Park and the University location, it was way better all around. 🤷🏻♂️
I ate there for the first time and my I add I spent 23.00 which I wasn't complaining about but I ordered the pulled chicken quesadillas, to start I have no idea what cheese it was made with but the cheese did not blend or mix well when melting the tortilla shell and I guess to avoid the burning issue they took it out but it looked like fake cheese with a little bit of chicken here and there. no sour cream no salsa. OK. then I ordered the maccaroni and cheese... that looked luke...read full review
