First and last time coming here. I was actually really looking forward to going to this place and spending some time working and trying out some of their stuff but it turned out to be one of the worst “services” I’ve had at any establishment.

Sat myself at a table and waited for a few minutes before realizing no one was around waiting on the tables and all the employees were just waiting around in the back by the register. I figured orders were probably placed at the register, then brought out to the table so I went to place my order and then sat back at my table. Was eventually approached by the previously missing server and told that tables were for server service only and any orders made at the register were to-go orders only. I told her that it was my first time here so I didn’t know but could I change my order to dine in instead. She insolently said that there were many signs posted everywhere stating this. There was only one singular small sign below eye level at the counter stating this. Rudely, she said that she would let the kitchen staff know to change my order to dine in but tables are for server service only just so I’m aware next time. She did not tell the staff to change my order to dine in but she did tell them to remind me that tables were for server service only. I received my food in two to-go containers, no bag, no napkins, no utensils, and was again curtly reminded that tables were for server service only by the counter staff just so I know next time. There will not be a next time, I took my food+coffee and left. Never have I ever felt so unwelcome at a “serving” establishment. Complete polar opposite to the actual service provided at Bosphorus right next door or any of the other great places on the same street.

Also worth noting that while I was waiting for my order, the family at the table next to me had an accident, one of their children spilled water everywhere. The “server” passed by, clearly saw the mess, and chose to completely ignore it. No help was offered to these people at all, the father had to go grab a handful of napkins and both he and the mother cleaned up the spill on the table as best they could with the small napkins. The spill on the floor below will probably remain there for who knows how long as I ended up leaving ten minutes later when my food was ready.

Overall, this place is most definitely not worth the money I paid and I regret coming here. I will gladly take my patronage elsewhere.

Went in to the coffee shop to get coffee, was told sorry - we’re closing soon. We’re not making anymore coffee! And it was told to me in a cold, uncaring manner.

Food and coffee are decent here, but there are no outlets inside, so it's not a good study/work area. There are also better restaurants on Park ave for brunch. Service was friendly and food was out in a reasonable time. We were originally looking for a nice coffee shop to work in, so we probably won't be back.

Any good experience from their are very nice cookies and coffee is pretty much tainted by Their disgusting bathroom,:
wet, dirty floor and no soap.
If you're going to sell high-end coffee to people, you need to keep your bathroom clean

The staff is kind, friendly and professional. Our sever was very conscientious of all allergies the table had. The coffee was good as always. Even though the hot latte wasn’t quite hot enough. Our only complaint came from the food. I got the energy bowl/açai bowl. The açaí part looked to have come pre-frozen from a pack and tasted freezer burnt. And it did not seem to be worth $12.5 . The croissant breakfast sandwich had minimal flavor and was most certainly not worth $15. For the lack of flavor and what felt like was prepared food I was extremely disappointed to pay $50 for a subpar breakfast. We will continue getting coffee from Barnies but we will not be back for food.

Love this place but the hours are so undependable. Arrived at 3:28 this afternoon and it’s closed. Supposed to be open until 4 pm. Sadly, is not an uncommon occurrence.

I went to Barnie's in Winter Park for brunch with my family. It was on a Saturday and they were busy. The food was wonderful. Emma took great care of us and I wanted to let her know.

Today, Saturday 5th October, I came in with a friend at 3:30. At 3:40 the server put all the chairs up on the tables, at 3:45.the server swept the floor around us and at 3:50 the server squirted a disinfectant solution on the floor all over and started mopping around us, it was a very unpleasant experience

We popped in this cafe by chance and just wanted coffee. We decided to dine in after looking at their breakfast menu and it didn't disappoint. Jasmine made our experience, she was super attentive, made suggestions and just overall a pleasure. Check them out, it won't disappoint
