The only thing better than the coffee and the atmosphere is the server Jenna. She is a pleasant girl that I look forward to seeing every time I grab a coffee. Their cortados are pretty good.

Extremely disappointing experience, I will not be returning. The customer service here is some of the worst I’ve encountered at any coffee shop. The cashier (a blonde woman with tattoos on her arm) was openly rude and dismissive, showing zero hospitality. Judging by other one star reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue.

If you ask a simple question, expect to be met with attitude as if you’re bothering them. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service. Funny how the register even prompts for a tip. Tip for being treated poorly?

If you’re miserable in your own life, that’s one thing, but taking it out on paying customers just shows a lack of professionalism. The coffee wasn’t good either, so I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere :)

A cute coffee shop and café in downtown Winter Park! I have been here a few times for coffee to go and the service has always been prompt. You can also eat here as they have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. My favorite drink so far has been the honey lavender hot latte.

I always grab coffee from this place but I never gave a review (don’t know why!!).

It’s a very nice small cafe on park Ave. it has an amazing atmosphere and great selection of coffee and other drinks, besides their food menu.

You can sit either inside or outside (front seating area or the side area, like a small European style alley).

It’s also kids friendly
