The Cook Eric Cooks deserves a raise. Along with Manny & Christina. I only eat if Eric Cooks, Christina is Super Nice & Attentive & Manny is The Effin Man! I only come if these three are there which is Usually Friday Nights! 💯

First time trying this place out. Experience was good up until it was time to settle up. Then everything we were told did not come to bear on the bill. For one, the server acknowledged that our table time wouldn't start until we finished our meal at the bar. This was apparently not the case; he started from the time I arrived at the bar. I even said I was waiting 5 minutes for my buddy to arrive. But apparently, that time counts against us too. So 45 minutes charged against us even when the attendant said it wouldn't. And since we originally ordered the premium package that included 2 drinks, we ordered the 2nd drink within what we thought was the hour of the package. Nope, since we had already expired the first hour, the 2nd drink was ordered in the 2nd hour, and another premium hour was added on. This also despite the fact that the attendant told us that table rate was prorated as we finished up. Lastly, my buddy was covering the table/drink cost (birthday) while I bought my food. I ended up paying the full price on the burger, not discounted despite the package advert. I presume since my buddy was paying for my package deal, it wasn't extended to me. We anticipated an $80 evening by our own estimation. Even if we messed up on the time policies, we might have agreed to an al a carte assessment and come to about $100-$110 with a better understanding for next time. But the bartender then insulted our intelligence by insisting that were getting the better deal with 2 premium hours. Total bill = $140, plus he added the tip. For 2 of us; not a group. And absolutely zero consideration. A lesson on the value of repeat business would have been useful here. Trust has been lost, and we will not be coming again.

The bar tender lied, saying he would start the timer when we went to the pool table. So we took our time and ate food and had a drink. The bill comes showing he charged the whole time, admitted he told us wrong, and both he and the manager didn't make it right. Could have been a good time but ruined it thoroughly! Can't trust them...

Haven’t been back here in over a year. Staff is great. Bathrooms are disgusting. AC seems to be broken and extremely warm. I couldn’t stay here more than 30 mins. I still had a good time, the cue and pool tables were in ok shape. Hopefully this review will help management step up just a little bit.

So I'm only giving a 5 star so the owner can see this. So I hosted trivia at your bar before and really wanted to take my wife this weekend because I thought it was a cool concept. But your responses to these reviews are insane!!!! And its not even that you care if you lose those people its that I'm sure this represents a larger problem with your arrogance and entitlement. I have never met you buy I hope a bad experience you or your family will undoubtedly have will be taken with humility and growth from the offending party. It's just as easy to be kind to people as it is to write lol good riddance.

Nice pool hall. Tables in great condition.

The spot hadplenty of pool tables but there was not darts or other stuff they advertised that's one. Second the food was not good the nachos had little meat and they where burnt, the chicken melt had burnt fries stuck to the bottom with like seem to be microwaved cheese on top. The only thing was the mozzarella sticks that had good flavor even though they didn't have a melted center and it was to expensive foe the quality...

Nice clean room, non-smoking, friendly staff and full bar. 12 7' diamond tables and 2 9' tables. Plenty of seating, will definitely be returning.

Update: came back in because the tables and sticks are solid. The staff recognized what happened and made my night. Mistakes happen.

There are better pool spots around the corner and up the street. This place sucks. They gave my table away while I was getting beer and then tried to charge me for the beer I got while they gave away my table on a full house night.

Been there three times decided to bring a date for my third time.We had a blast

We went to Cue-phoria with a big group and had a great time. The tables were great and the bartender was incredibly nice. Highly recommend!

It is real sad to see an owner who is a veteran and doesn't take care of vets in his own establishment unless they buy only pool tables by the hour, but if you spend money buying food drinks and stay there all night, he refuses to take care of veterans in his establishment. This is really sad to see an owner who doesn't take pride in the men and women who served alongside him and taking care of them. I cannot believe John taffed supported this bar.
