I would like to share my experience visiting Dunkin' Donuts over the past year. Every time I go to this place I have the same problem: their French vanilla latte machine doesn't work. The staff keep saying that they don't have hot food, that the car needs to be cleaned, and that I should just wait. However, this situation is repeated again and again, and this has been going on for a whole year.I believe that this attitude towards clients is unacceptable. Constant problems with equipment that are not corrected for a long time indicate that the management of the establishment does not pay enough attention to the quality of service. The Dunkin' Donuts in our area, in my opinion, offers terrible service and is one of the worst places to visit.I recommend that other people avoid this establishment, as the service experience here leaves much to be desired. It's unclear why they have ongoing problems with their coffee and latte machines, but that doesn't excuse their inattention to customer needs.

Every time I come here I’m asked to pull forward and wait 15-20 minutes for one item… I go through the drive thru for a quick grab and go and never get that. I will continue to avoid this place as this was my last chance trying this location.

This is my second time that I’m coming to this location, last week they don’t have hot chocolate and today 12/15/23 I was about to used my rewards points and I was not able to it was a problem with the system and I lost my 800 points. I left the store without breakfast, drink or point .

I had a terrible experience at this awful establishment. I would not wish it on my worst enemy and the workers are so rude for WHAT also the manager (clara) sucks and did not make me feel welcome l. She also smelled horrible- like cigarettes.

The reason why Starbucks is so much more expensive is the employees are trained to be happy friendly and smile. This place is constantly understaffed and with bad attitude. Everytime i go through the drive through it’s a 25 min deal. This place will be shut down soon.
