This Dunkin has a new manager. The previous manager was fantastic but quit. I asked them to re-do my bagel the way I always order it and the new manager came out and raised her voice in front of the customers and employees and became very rude. This new “manager” has obviously had zero experience or training in dealing with customers or employees. Don’t waste your time here
Vanessa is absolutely amazing! She is the General Manager, and you can genuinely tell how much she cares about her customers and her team. She was so incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming, and our conversation was honestly one of the nicest customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Yall have a young fellow in there He’s very friendly great attitude however there’s one big problem he sweats profusely like one time he was making my coffee and he had sweat dripping off the rim of his hat/visor And he was looking down at my coffee stirring it. I just think it’s very unsanitary and I notice this location has more drive thru customers than walks in so the only way you really notice this is if you go inside. Dunkin' at Aloma Shoppes has a new manager, Clara, who ensures customer satisfaction and a clean store. Customers appreciate the option to pre-order, like for the 3 dozen donuts for church. The place looks beautiful and is beautifully decorated for the holidays, very cheery. The service is exceptional and friendly, with happy, friendly, bubbly people. Customers LOVE this Aloma location Dunkin' for exceptional service, great food, and delicious coffee. One customer came through drive-thru and saw a lady in a blue shirt who was so nice. Then a lady in a black shirt made their strawberry refresher with green tea, which was awesome. The cook was seen in the back, and it was so clean. It smells so good when you walk in the store.
