I would like to share my experience visiting Dunkin' Donuts over the past year. Every time I go to this place I have the same problem: their French vanilla latte machine doesn't work. The staff keep saying that they don't have hot food, that the car needs to be cleaned, and that I should just wait. Every time I come here I’m asked to pull forward and wait 15-20 minutes for one item… I go through the drive thru for a quick grab and go and never get that. I will continue to avoid this place as this was my last chance trying this location.

This Dunkin has a new manager. The previous manager was fantastic but quit. I asked them to re-do my bagel the way I always order it and the new manager came out and raised her voice in front of the customers and employees and became very rude. This new “manager” has obviously had zero experience or training in dealing with customers or employees. Don’t waste your time here
