I went early and they were out of the donut I wanted. I opted for something else. I ordered 2. I was only given 1 and it was not what I ordered. I came back and was given the correct order.

I had incorrectly ordered my drink and the “manager” Kendrick (he said he was but looking back he was definitely not one). I asked if I could get a remake or refund he said no. He proceeded to say everytime I come i “play with his mental health”. I guess he’s referencing me asking to him to fill up my water bottle one time and he said he couldn’t. He cursed me out and told me to stop coming. I never raised my voice or cursed back. He’s crazy and unstable pls fire him immediately

I am writing to give my review regarding a recent experience I had at this location on 10/15. I ordered a coffee and , upon testing it, found it was too sweet. I politely asked the manager (Mayra Santana) if my coffee could be remade, explaining the issue. However, the manager denied my request and informed me that I would be charged for a new one because the original coffee was made accordingly to my recipe ( mind you I've gotten this drink several times before with the same recipe).
At no point was I offered a refund or a reasonable solution to the situation, which I found to be quite disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and a more customer-focused approach.
I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter, as I believe this does not reflect the standard of service Dunkin' Donuts is known for. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to your response.

This is a tiny little Dunkins. The service was good and the food came out perfect. The only knock I have is that it is tiny so there was a bit of a wait and it is hard to get in and out of this location. Would go back though.

I asked for two frozen caramel coffees with extra caramel but when I asked for that I got even more coffee syrup when I did not ask for that. My coffee is way too dark and strong and its disgusting. Won’t be back. If I didn’t ask for this in my coffee do not give it to me!

Staff was fine enough but it is rificulous. I ordered and ask for just plain old water. She apologetically told me she woild have to charge me $.50 for tap water! Ridiculous! Never going back.

I got an iced macchiato and it came basically just a little more than halfway full (I didn’t get lite ice or anything). And there was so little espresso in it that it tasted like sweet milk.

Every time we have come here the wait is ridiculous. Even when there is only one person in front of us, we have had to wait a minimum 10 minutes before we can even order. I don’t know if it’s lack of staff or training but management needs to address this issue.
Put a mobile order in for a large cold brew. Received a medium cold brew with no cold foam. Overall poor service

Ankivia has a nasty attitude didn’t want to explain how much for extra caramel swirl there is a .35 difference between 6 pumps and 7 pumps and on 8/3/24 there wasn’t a manager on duty for a refund . They spend more time on the phone than helping customers and they park cars instead of working on speed of service.
