Best sushi in town, and I've tried most! Service is outstanding! I'm thrilled that they moved closer! If you like experimenting with unique rolls the sushi chef here is amazing!

Stopped here for a quick lunch while in town for a conference. The lunch special sushi bento box was delicious! A variety of very fresh fish, tasty ginger salad, and the gyoza and egg roll were both flavorful. Would definitely recommend!

The food was good. Service was kinda meh. The main thing is that it is over priced. It's not good enough for the price. It was still good but I was expecting higher quality for what I spent. Overall not a bad experience, might come back one day.

My husband took me for my 48th bday and we met friends. We had a great time. The food was delish for everyone, the server was kind and helpful, the atmosphere is high class. Def will go again.

This place never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The staff is friendly, the service is great, and the vibe is perfect for any occasion. I keep coming back — it’s hands down my favorite spot. Highly recommend!

Fuji Sushi is my go to spot for sushi and great atmosphere. I have had my last 5 birthdays here. Chef AB and the crew always make you feel welcome, and he makes sushi rolls you can get anywhere else. Try the tuna poke bowl!

Come!!! It's the same sushi chef from 20 years ago. This guy is AMAZING! The sushi melts in your mouth. If you want the absolute best experience get Lake Mary, Dream, Dynamite and NARUTO maki rolls! Phenomenal!!!! 😍

Yum. Finally found my Sushi spot. Been looking for fresh sushi. Walked in without the family and ate alone. Greeted by the nicest chef, AB. So sit at the bar and visit with him. He has been in the business for years!! Great food. Great atmosphere. Really cute on the inside. Again. So happy to finally have a designated sushi stop. I will be back!
