TERRIBLE! RUUUN! The food tastes so bad. Hibachi salmon is overcooked, it’s even black. Dynamite roll topping overcooked too, it tastes bitter. Overall price is pretty high, not worthy at all

Going to Fuji Sushi is always a great idea. Today, I visited their new location in Altamonte Springs, and as expected, EVERYTHING was incredible. From the warm atmosphere and attentive staff to the menu, the entire experience was exceptional. Of course, the dishes remain the highlight of the restaurant.

We ordered some of our favorites: Haru Maki, Trio Tiradito, Osumashi Soup, SP Roll, and the best of the best—the Tuna Tower.

Special thanks to Chef Ab for bringing back the best place to enjoy Japanese cuisine in town!

Congratulations on the new location, and best wishes to the entire team!

Was at the Grand Opening in Altamonte Springs for Fuji Sushi. The food and drinks were amazing. The service was top notch. Love all the speciality drinks at the bar. #

Best in town. High quality, friendly staff, unique menu and not overpriced. Our family has been going there for over a decade.

The sushi menu is very eclectic and has many unique rolls to offer. There are great private booths as well as standard table seating

Don’t be fooled by the exterior. Although a small place, the sushi was very fresh. We consume a lot of sushi, and this was by far one of the freshest. It is a little pricey, but you’re getting quality food. Our waitress was very nice and informative. I will definitely be returning here. I highly suggest this place.

Fresh sushi with great variety. Very unique options from sashimi to maki and even vegetable rolls. The lobster Maki and seaweed vegetable roll were both excellent. The sushi bar itself was a nice place to sit. Would recommend to anyone visiting Orlando!

Despite being pretty empty the service was slow, I think someone was being trained so maybe that can be written offThe fuji bomb was deliciousThe sushi was okay, the ingredients were fine but nothing really came the way I imaginedI might like the Waterford location a little better.
