Fuji Sushi Japanese Cuisine

I have been to this place several times and each time has been a disappointment, food over seasoned to the point its not even eadable, but the staff there are extremely friendly and try to help fix mistakes.

This menu is fantastic! I like rolls with raw fish, and too many times all you find are cooked rolls at sushi joints. However, this menu is very diverse, you can find something for every sushi desire!

We went to one of the new sushi places because Fuji was closed on the date we wanted to meet up with a business associate for sushi. Needless to say, I will simply rearrange and go on a day that Fuji is open. The service and food at the other place was sub par at best. We went back to Fuji the next week and it was as amazing as it ever was, and Chef AB made us a new unique roll.

If you sit at the bar and let AB work his magic, you will get a masterclass in sushi that is so good it feels like a beautiful secret. Jack provides spectacular, mind-reading level service that keeps the whole experience seamless and fun. Just trust the team, let AB cook whatever he wants, and prepare to have your mind absolutely blown.

Quality of food is not worth the price! Server was great. This was our second time here for dinner. Our first visit was immediately after their opening. Seems like the quality of food and preparation has seriously changed. The restaurant was packed when we first visited, now only a few tables were occupied. I don’t recommend this place as prices do not reflect the quality of food or service. Sorry to say. I really enjoyed our first visit although still overpriced. Better establishments in Altamonte or Orlando for less money!

Consistency is key. This place does it time after time. The quality is top tier, best in town. Chef AB is exceptional at what he does, his experience shows. The staff are attentive and solid.

Sunday date night before the rain hit, great spot! No wait, staff was prompt, friendly, ready with vegetarian recommendations. Older Boston gentlemen was great all night, throughout multiple power outages. Happy to have a huge filling veg meal with smiling faces all around, despite the terrible storm. Salad had great colors, miso soup was delicious, fried tofu was huge, sticky rice, noodles on point, and veggies cookies to perfection. Will definitely be back.

This spot is one for the books. Great service by the staff. The food is phenomenal. What an experience with every bite. Nestled in a quiet area. Very intimate. They even have floor seating!

This is personal favorite place of mine, from the people who work here to the atmosphere to the quality of the food, and to the Chef Ab, this place is Incredible and as a foodie, I don’t use that word lightly. If you enjoy big pieces of melt in your mouth nigiri, this is your spot. But if you like hibachi, this is also your spot. They really do everything 10/10

This was our second time visiting this restaurant, and once again, they did not disappoint. I especially want to highlight how phenomenal Chika is she truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Her service is unmatched and made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back because of her!
