I ordered online for pick up. The pick up time was 2:15 PM and I was there exactly at that time. When I told the girl my name she made a face like she was surprised and I had to repeat my name. She checked the computer and told me it will be few minutes after which she slammed the window in front of my face. I knocked at the window and she opened it with visible attitude of annoyance. I told her , that i am working and need to know how long is going to be. She said she wants me to have a fresh fries. I think she just didn't got my order from the computer at all. They were not busy at that time at all, so there is no excuse for not having my order on time. I would prefer that she told me the truth and apologize then pretend and be rude about it.

I’m from Tampa, whenever I go to Magic games, I will go out of my way to pass the Kia Center on I-4 to get my hands on this Chicken. Thats how good it really is. The sixth man show is right!! This is the best freaking chicken in the World.

Food was great!! Tenders were extra hot & spicy even when choosing mild. Chicken wrap was awesome! Customer service could’ve been a little better. It seemed like the employee did not want to be there. Would come back for the food though!

Some of the best fried chicken I've had. I got the box with the added Mac and I am so flabbergasted by how crispy the fries were and not soggy at all. The cole slaw was not overly moist. The pickles were not overly pickled. The Mac n cheese was creamy and the chicken was juicy and crispy and tender. Everything just made sense. There's not a lot of seating and there is only street parking so be prepared to parallel park.

Love Jam Hot! Any time I'm around the area or at Atomic Barber Co. getting my haircut and feeling some chicken, this is my go to SPOT! Great food! I always get plain (as for me their mild is spicy though tasty!). I have had their chicken sandwich which is GREAT! I usually get the box, as it comes with all of the goodness in one: chopped chicken, fries, slaw, and pickles. It's delicious. I tried their chicken sandwich recently for the 1st time, it was good! I was pleasantly full which I thought I wouldn't be. Joke was on me! 😂
I love that I can enjoy the Florida weather and eat outside while enjoying mother nature rather than eating inside like most restaurants and breathing in recycled air. Give me a fine breeze, delicious food, and tasty tunes... NOTHING SWEETER! Their seating has umbrellas that cover the sun which makes it pleasant. All the while vibing out to their awesome tunes! Old & new! It's great!

Best chicken I’ve ever had. I personally love the mild as I prefer a softer flavor, but if you like spicy they have just what you’re looking for! Chicken is so tender and cooked to perfection, and comes with all the fixings you need. So excited they are opening up a location in DT Winter Garden!
