this is MICHELIN STAR grade. Easily. I went to the Fabio’s Table experience for Valentine’s Day and this was easily the best food i’ve ever had. mind you, i’ve traveled the world ALMOST. I’ve been to so many places and this is Unique. I admire the way Fabio executes his plates, while serving you as a friend. You grow to admire and love him as much as his work.
A first time experience cannot be redone. There is no do-over needed. AMAZING experience, food and wine pairings, and the atmosphere. Me and my wife had a 7:30pm reservation on 2/9. We had a table ready near the window which was perfect to not only view the restaurant but also the area itself. Food Portions were perfect and the flavor in every dish was perfectly paired with the wine. Staff and owner were pleasant and informative.
