Absolutely the best vegan in Orlando in 2022. The owner (Fabio) is mostly a plant-based eater and the care put into the food is far beyond the many Michelin restaurants in Orlando. A MUST do even if you're not vegan as they have a carni menu too.Food: we went for "Fabio's Table" which is a rotating special menu that occurs every few months in addition to the base menu for our one year wedding anniversary. This was fixed five courses, all vegan, and absolutely delicious. The theme was Europe Meets Asia and we had Paella Springrolls, Italian Bahn Mi, German Udon Soup, Peking Tempeh with French Mothersauces, and a Vietnamese / French crepe for dessert. I cannot begin to describe how each dish was an explosion of flavors, perfectly balanced, unexpected, and portioned (if you're not a glutton). We have been on a string of bad restaurants this past year and Fabio blew our taste buds away. At the end of the meal, we were magically full and left without that horrible oily residue so many restaurants these days leave in the mouth. It was healthy, but did not taste like it. Bravo!Service: fantastic. Every staff member was kind and attentive. Our tableside water was never empty and Fabio himself explained every dish, his inspiration, and wine pairing. Can't ask for anything more.Atmosphere: cozy, modern, and beautiful with local artwork for sale on the walls. Sound is the only reason to be worried. There was a birthday celebration and the typical, entitled silver-spooners were really loud as soon as they got one glass of wine in them.Improvement opps: almost nothing I would improve except two tiny things-1. Some sound dampening high on the walls out of sight may help combat loud guests.2. A better water filter. Winter Park water is straight pool water and even Fabio's current filter system couldn't make it perfect.Regardless, it was a fantabulous meal and we'll be returning many more times to come!

To be honest I never leave reviews but felt like it was necessary.. me and my wife went for our anniversary. We did the vinias favorites. Everything that came out was delicious! Fabio and the whole staff were polite! I guess they messed up my 2nd course, they sent it back before I even saw it, then Fabio apologize, I was brought a new meal and he took it off our bill! You can see the pride they put into the cooking, it was definitely a great experience! Would recommend highly!

We try to go to four new restaurants every year during Magical Dining, and this year our best experience by far was here at Vinia. It was lovely to see a variety of dishes inspired by Italy, Brazil, the Caribbean, and more, and all tasting so delicious. We arrived right around opening and asked if they had outdoor seating since we had our dog with us; Fabio, the owner, graciously accommodated us by setting up a table outside. My wife had the Burrata Al Pesto Viola e Verde, and I had the Romeu & Julieta to start. The purple pesto on her appetizer was an unexpected touch on a classic burrata dish. Mine consisted of Brazilian cheese breads with guava sauce. When I tell you these were bite-sized pillowy clouds of joy that I will be dreaming about, I mean it. They absolutely bursted with cheese and melted on the tongue. I would drive here from Davenport any day for these alone. The guava sauce added the perfect amount of sweetness. For entrees, my wife had the Pasta con Funghi Porcini et Erbe Aromatiche, and I chose the Rabo de Toro de Temporada (ox tail). The pasta consisted of Casarecce pasta, which was a shape that was new to us, with a delicious mushroom cream sauce and barely-there breadcrumbs. I’d never had oxtail before; it was perfectly braised, deliciously tender, and served over the creamiest polenta and sprinkled with basil that gave the red meat a little lift. For dessert, the diner chooses two out of the three options. We both selected the Affogato with Caramel Espresso poured over; she chose the Tapioca con Coco and I chose the Pot du Creme au Chocolate. The caramel was a lovely sweet touch with the coffee and the gelato; the tapioca was light and subtle. I feel like it’s so easy to go overboard with a chocolate mousse and become too rich; this was the right amount of rich chocolate without being suffocating in the Florida heat, and topped with a smidge of cream and sea salt. Just amazing. We also got the wine pairings with the meal, and each course was set to perfection with wonderful wines, including a port to go with the pot du creme. The food, combined with Fabio’s charm and friendliness, had us excited to return; we’ve already booked the “Fabio’s Table” experience for the end of the month and can’t wait. Thank you for a shimmering end to a wonderful Magical Dining season!

This was by far the best magical dining restaurant we tried this year. Fabio was very accommodating with us when we arrived. We had to sit outside since we had our fur baby with us (he was part of a photo shoot... long story) The wine pairing with the magical dining was excellent. The wines really complemented the food. If you are a foodie and want a full experience of amazing food you have to come here. You can tell that Fabio puts a lot of love in the food and recipes. We have already booked the Fabio chef table for this month and I can't wait to try he's going to make for us.

What a wonderful experience we had tonight. We decided to try this restaurant as part of magical dining and we were not disappointed. We started with the Romeu & Julieta and the Carne con queso empanadas and both were delicious but the empanadas with the chimichurri were the star. For our main course, we both selected the pasta con funghi porcini et erbe aromatiche and that was fantastic (and vegan!). We finished off with the dessert duos I go the chocolate pot du crème and te cuscuz de tapioca con coco and my partner got the chocolate pot du crème with the VINIA caramel affogato. The latter of which was served with a shot of espresso and that was by far the star. The service was great the whole time and Fabio made sure to give us hugs before we left. I look forward to my next visit and to try some of the gnocchi

VINIA is a hidden gem in Winter Park. Great experience, Fabio and the staff are great. We did the Magical dining menu with the wine pairing. The food was great, it took us into a journey to Brazil, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Germany with the food and wine combination. Fabio took his to make sure that we and everyone in the restaurant were doing well and also talked the food. VINIA has become one of our favorite restaurants. We will be going back and recommending VINIA to friends.

If only we could bring this quaint, 5☆ dining experience home to Long Island. Thank you all for providing delicious, attractive, and flavorful meals in such a calm, inviting way, on a Friday nite to me and my husband. My husband enjoyed the pre fixed menu paired with wines. And as for me, the plant-based food selection was just perfect. Ah, the hot veggie empanadas were served with a crisp crust, giving a delightful crunch, and an inside that made me say "mmm" out loud with every bite. Be sure to dip them into the green sauce and then, wow! The spinach & wheat pasta was prepared with roma tomatoes and zucchini. But, wait, the surprise was in the crunch enjoyed in every other bite. That addition was a pesto and toast crumble! Fantastic! I watched as the desserts caused my husbands eyes to close while eating (Ice cream with espresso (afogado), tiramisu, and chocolate mousse). Fabio, one of the owners came to our table to chat with us. He was charming and easily brought back an old tradition of 'hometown togetherness' making our dining experience even more special. Thank you again!

My husband and I had an amazing time! Intimate dinning space and some of the best vegan food in Orlando. Menu has lots of vegan, gluten free and non-veggie options. Every dish we had was delicious. We will definitely be back again. Also loved that the owner was walking around checking on things and giving his recommendations. Truly unique and lovely experience.

Intimate, Cozy and Friendly. This small neighborhood wine bar and restaurant was a pleasure to visit. My daughter and her husband had been visiting here since it's opening and had wanted us to join them for a long time. We dined with them and it was just as they described. We went on a Thursday night and a wonderful Bossa Nova singer performed but the food and atmosphere was the star of the show. Fabio, the owner visited our table a few times and he is a charming and kind man. What he and his wife have put together in this restaurant is a perfect balance of an intimate wine bar with a small but finely thought-out menu that is perfectly executed. We had five in our group and ordered a variety of wines and dishes. Every dish was amazing and the wine pairings we on point. One in our group is vegetarian and there were menu selection just naturally included in the menu and not added to the bottom of the menu as an afterthought like many places. Her selections would appeal to anyone, with any food passion. Not just a vegetarian. Thank you!

The service was truly outstanding, and the Bite 30 menu was unique and inventive. We had the wine pairing as well which was superb. We will be coming back year round for sure.

This place was amazing! We found it on Bite30 & what a hidden gem it is. It's a small, intimate spot. The owner/chef walks around throughout the evening talking to guests So ordered the butternut squash empanada & burrata w/pesto for appetizers- both delicious. The shrimp pasta omg was so good & light, not like your usual heavy pasta, and the oxtail for entrees. Very flavorful! We did the wine pairings with our meal which I highly recommend, all the wine tastings went perfectly with each dish! Outstanding! I'd definitely return here!

Not sure where to start because this experience was everything! Went here last week to celebrate my anniversary with my husband! Wanted to try the Bite 30 menu, since it is the only featured restaurant in Orlando with all vegan options! And let me tell you, everything was absolutely delicious and the experience as a whole was phenomenal. It is located in the cutest area of Winter Park! It's very small, which is great when you want that intimate feel to your dinner! They also had a live jazz band the night we went there! Awesome touch! Nicely lit to boot! We were actually greeted by one of the owners, Fabio, as soon as we walked in. We immediately saw him wiping down tables and checking on everyone in the restaurant. He did this the whole entire night, asked us how each dish was to our liking, and told us little personal stories about each dish, himself and his family! I jokingly said to my husband, "how nice of him to invite us into his home for dinner tonight!" - because that is genuinely how we felt! Will absolutely go back again soon, and recommend others do the same!

What a fantastic experience. Vinia is a small restaurant with a big heart. We were seated by the window in a cute curved booth by one of the owners. She told us about the menu and even introduced us to her adorable daughter. Being from Brazil, she recommended her family recipe of cheese bread with guava sauce. Delicious! Then Fabio, her husband came and asked if we had any questions about the menu. He explained he comes up with the ideas for the menu and his chefs create them. The cheese bread he paired for us with his favorite red. We opted for the Bite30 menu which includes one appetizer, one entree and one dessert. We paired them with wines chosen by Fabio for an additional $16. It was well worth it. It's been a long time since I've given a restaurant 5 stars so quickly. Actually they deserve 10! It was that good. Happy Hour offers $2 off wines. It would be fun to come for wines and apps alone! But you must try the full-service. They do it well. Fabio even caught us as we were leaving to give us hug, "like they do in Italy!"

Vinia was amazing. We went here for date night and to try their (Vegan Friendly!!!) bite 30 menu and it was so ridiculously good. The service here was amazing. The owner was so sweet. The empanadas as the first course we're super flavorful, ridiculously fresh, and so satisfying. The second course my pasta was fresh, tasty, and you could tell it was really quality ingredients. The third course, dessert, was my absolute favorite. The ice cream and espresso were SO GOOD. The chocolate mousse was so fluffy and delicious. We got the $16 wine accompaniment and it was perfect and so so worth it definitely give it a go.
