We came in for two ice creams, and my son accidentally knocked over and broke a chocolate glass bottle that was placed right on the edge of a low shelf. We immediately apologized, threw away the broken jar in the trash, and offered to pay for the item. What bothered me was the employee’s terrible attitude. Despite our apology and willingness to take responsibility, she had a horrible attitude and kept shaking her head as she as sweeping the remaining glass. Accidents happen, especially in places frequented by families with young kids.
Glass containers should not be placed within easy reach of toddlers. Based on other reviews, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened here. They’re fortunate no child has been injured yet.

Kilwins has become such a disappointment lately. As a regular this has been a great place to go with friends and family. They have 3 cup sizes and you use to get a certain number of scoops per size now they weigh the ice cream this is fine except depends on who is scooping they will weight it before or after the toppings. Toppings are extra so why weight the cup after the toppings are put on. I have come several times gotten 2 different sizes and ended up with the same amount of ice cream. Whatever they decide to do it needs to be consistent.

Alexandra is the best and most attentive staff person. We are regulars who come often during the summer. She knows our order off the bat, takes very good care of us, always has a smile on her face and is a great asset. The waffle cones are freshly made every hour. The ice cream is the best over any ice cream ever and the candies are absolutely delicious.
Terrific ice cream and special candies make this One of the many reasons to enjoy the town of Celebration. Their mint chip ice cream has the biggest best chips around. Great milkshakes, even when I asked them to leave out the syrup. Not cheap, but worth it to me. The outside metal tables are even under umbrellas in case of Florida rain begins. Or, sit across the way at the fountain and watch children running through it on hot days Yum!!!
Parking: Try for a place on the street near the front of Kilwins, and then if nothing is available on that street or one around it, you can go into the flat lot that is back behind.

Super nice!! Small atmosphere but full of sweets, chocolates and delicious ice cream! There are tables on the sidewalk where we can enjoy people coming and going and a park right in front.

Sadly, the lemon & raspberry sorbets tasted old & made with low-quality ingredients. The 3 fudge flavors tried were mostly dry & crumbly... obviously not fresh. The dulce de Leche & "blue moon" ice creams were less than flavorful, per my friends. My daughter's caramel apple with peanuts was good, she said. Otherwise, the atmosphere & interior fixtures felt tired & dated, not clean & fresh. Most Kilwins stock more & varied products...less options were on display. The young guys serving were polite & attentive but were not so knowledgeable about certain items. There are far better quality ice cream/sorbet/Gelato shops on the Avenue these days with more lively, clean & interesting atmospheres! ??
