Kilwins is a WIN‼️This is premium ice cream, candy, and sweet treats! If you are lucky, you can see the treats being made. You are allowed to sample all the ice cream flavors, and there are many! You will definitely find one you love! The area is nice for boutique shopping and leisurely strolls with friends and family.

so i went to kilwins ice cream and the manager or supervisor or something was just going on this huge racial rant calling people the n word and stuff and i was at the counter hearing this from the back of the store and i dont think thats very professional at all just thought id share my experience

Whenever I go to Winter Park on the Sunrail with my grandchildren, we have to stop here. This place never disappoints. The kids really love the chocolate dipped marshmallows. I got a selection of absolutely amazing handmade candies. Highly recommend this place when you go to Winter Park, Park Avenue.

The smell alone will draw you in from the freshly made waffle cones and chocolate how could you not stop here! I had the two berry ice cream and it was delicious with pie crust pieces. The chocolate covered krispy was made perfectly. What a treat and they also offer gifts for those who live sweet treats like I do. Nice customer service

I was there Saturday 10/25/2025. I purchased fudge. I asked if it was fresh. I was told it was. It was old and hard. That is the last $50 they will get out of me.
Okay so I LOVE the toffee caramel apple. Tell me how every single other location makes the one and only best version of the caramel apple and this one does not. Are you serious? It’s probably less difficult to make this than the fancier ones. Another location let me know this winter park one could do a special order and I called and was told flat out no. Word of advice - if it sells out the same day or next day in every location you’d think your location would do the same. I love the ice cream and the girls I had that helped me but the overall kilwins experience is lacking in this location.
