Ordered 2 days in a row on Uber eats and they messed up badly. First time, I was missing my $13 bagel sandwich. Second time, I got the wrong bagel sandwich all together (ordered Nova Lox and got egg and cheese). I noticed they put no labels or ticket on the outside of their to go bags with the name or what the item is so the poor Uber eats people are left gambling and grabbing the wrong bags. Such a shame because their bagels taste fantastic. Called the store multiple time and no one answers. There's too many restaurants these days to return to those that constantly make mistakes like these.

Paid extra for bacon and there was very little. Sandwich was very dry, i guess they didn’t check order notes because they didn’t add any sauce. Egg was spongy and not seasoned at all. Bagel was good atleast. Extra note, charging for packs of ketchup is a negative as well.

Where do I begin? I walked in and there was one lady getting her food. The woman preparing it did not acknowledge me and everything was silent. No music. No talking. Nothing. Hey, maybe the Wi-Fi or music wasn’t working. Ok, I’ll give it that. I scanned the menu and was excited to try 1-2 of their bagels. Then I looked over to the actual bagel selection and they had about 5 types. I couldn’t tell if the other ones were sold out or if they really didn’t have a selection at all. Disappointed, I still found one I liked. The lady waiting for her food left and the girl walked over and asked what I wanted. I told her my bagel and asked for regular cream cheese. She let me know she didn’t have that. Ok, they just have been busy? So I opted for jalapeño. She rang me up. While I was waiting a lady walked in, saw what I saw and immediately left (I should have done the same). Continuing my silent wait, I finally scanned the restaurant. Every table was covered in food crumbs and chairs were scattered. I shouldn’t have, but I looked at the floor. GROSS. Also covered in food crumbs and dirt. I didn’t hear anyone else in there so I’m really hoping that had a huge rush that cleared out their bagel, cream cheese and left a disaster in the sitting area where the girl just didn’t have a chance to clean, but in reality I don’t think so. There were industrial appliances everywhere, but everything looked empty. Even the glass display had nothing in it but 2 different labels for different flavors of bagels. The girl gave me my bagel and I left. I opened it up and realized it wasn’t even toasted. Maybe that’s my fault. She didn’t ask so I guess I figured it was implied. The bagel was NOT good, and cold. The cream cheese was ok. Long story long, that was a very depressing and dirty shop. There’s no way the owners know how it’s being ran because if it maintains that way, they will lose so many customers. Fingers crossed something is done about the environment, products and service .

I wouldn't recommend. You can find a better bagel breakfast sandwich at Wawa or another location. No flavor, bacon is not cooked because the sandwich is mixed with cartoon eggs and bacon and put in a microwave/oven. Bagel is plain no butter. Something is missing and it's not what you would want for a bagel breakfast sandwich, at least for me it's not what I expected. It was overpriced for what we got.

Had high hopes for this chain operation on Fairbanks Ave. Sorry, the bagels were gummy and not toasted even though requested. One bagel with cream cheese was $5 with tax. Crates were stacked up in front of the counter and not a single smile from the lone sentry in the store. The only Dude present was me. So back to the competition that maybe or maybe not named for that brainy fellow who knew both his math and his bagels.

I pass this place often but could never figure out where to park. Drove about block away and walked to the shop. No customers were in the place and that should have been my first clue. Tasteless Asiao bagel, barely toasted, with way too much cream cheese.

This place makes a monstrous bagel! Buisness name is "The Bagel Shop" although it pops up in maps as "The Bagel Dudes" and there was also a dudes banner in restaurant.

I'm new to the area and wanted to support a small business. Not this one. The staff were there and took my order, but not overly friendly or welcoming. They apparently have a loyalty program, but the cashier didn't ask me if I was a member, and didn't ask me if I wanted to register. We ordered specialty bagels to go - the sign said the bagels are automatically toasted, which we wanted, but when we got home we discovered they were not toasted. From outside and inside the shop, there are warning signs that the workers and management don't care about the quality of product they put out. The sidewalk right outside the shop has tall weeds, leaves, and trash that clearly has been there for a while. The adjacent shops maintain their sidewalk, but not this store. They have a display case that is empty and dirty. Put some plants in it if you have no other plans. The refrigerated drink case was more than half empty, with several drink types out of stock, but sitting wrapped up on the floor next to the refrigerator. We regretted visiting this shop, so hoping we save others the trouble. At least check the sidewalk before you enter the shop for signs they are trying to make improvements.

I literally never write reviews about places... ever. But this was such a terrible experience that I have to let people know. It took them an unreasonably long time to make just 2 bagels for my boyfriend and I. It wasn't even busy. Also, the place smelled so badly (like actual human p**** it made me lose my appetite. I threw my bagel away and didn't even eat it. We decided to go eat somewhere else, that's how bad the smell was.Bathroom was out of order, so maybe that's what it was. (That's a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION, by the way. I will be calling to report it)Staff seemed uncaring and rude, couldn't even get a smile out of them.I'm surprised this place has been here for so long, makes me wonder how much longer they will last. Just go to Jeff's or Bagel King.

Love coming here for bagels! Sandwiches are great however the service is really slow and a bit unfriendly and we just went this morning and the place smells of sewage….y’all need to get that fixed asap. EXTREMELY off-putting and gross. Food is good though.

Walked into the place and wasn’t even acknowledge, after waiting a few minutes we just decided to walk out due to the horrible smell in there. All the 1 star reviews seem pretty accurate, those 5 star reviews seem fake. Just save time and go grab a bagel somewhere else :)
