Been coming to Lombardi's since I was a kid in the 90s! Love the nostalgia and the fact the quality is always top tier... My last visit was $180.00 but I bought enough Crab, Argentinian Reds, Rock Shrimp and crawfish, Oysters to to last a few weeks lol.

When it comes to freshness, there is no competition...get all your seafood from Lombardi's Seafood or catch it yourself, there isn't anything better.

Place clean people friendly, customer service great. Quality of food great. It was a great place to shop for fresh seafood. Prices were good.

If I could give a Zero I would . Waited there for 20 minutes today and just walked away from the Seafood counter waiting for some seafood and someone to help ….. Worst Customer Service !!!!

We really have enjoyed the seafood from Lombardi's over the years, but the last several times we went the experience was terrible. The guys behind the counter are not pleasant, almost like I'm bothering them by ordering, and this time we got home our whole snappers were not properly cleaned. Also, I wanted a couple snappers between 2 and 3 lbs and the guy did NOT want to help me find the right sizes. It was so off putting this last time, I may go elsewhere. It's a long drive to Winter Park and we usually spend over $300 each time we go and to get service like that, it's not worth it. I highly suggest the management sit down with the crew behind the counter and have a serious talk with them before more customers are lost.

I love this store, but am often overwhelmed by not knowing what to get and how to cook it, but Doug hooked it up! Awesome customer service thanks Doug!

I have always purchased oysters from Lombardi's for years now, everyone there is so nice and so helpful!

Terrible service. I have always had a good experience at Lombardi’s until today. No care to call out number and greet customers asking how they can help. The young man with a gray beanie and teal t-shirt provided the worst service and had absolute no manners or care about what I was looking for as a customer for my special Mother’s Day meal. Completely disappointed and I hope Lombardi’s puts a little more care in the overall customer experience.

Beautiful selection. Great service. Clean. Miss the Cafe. Bring Back Sandwiches!
