I was disappointed with how much they skimp on the meat for their cold subs. I got the Balboa and considering it cost me $20 for 1 sandwhich through Uber eats, I was assuming it would be like any legit NYC Italian sub place (high ratio of ingredients to bread). Bread is good and ingredients are quality, just not enough of them to bring me back here.

Ordered Manzano’s for the first time via Uber eats. How did we make a chicken cheesestreak & forget to add the cheese?!? It’s literally in the name!

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and it was worth the wait! I had the Italian hoagie?Wow! So good! Tastes like I'm back in Philly, the bread makes the sandwich and it was made perfectly too! Amazing!?❤️

Based on the sandwich alone this place would have easily gotten a 5-star rating from me. The sandwich was incredible and the half-portion was more than enough. However, the place was dirty and gross and the staff were pretty rude and indifferent. If it was cleaner and better staff I'd definitely be returning

I was craving a cheesesteak sandwich and was blown away by this place. They clearly have the best bread in Orlando.

Manzano’s is not just a sandwich shop, it is an *experience.* My colleagues and I come here every Monday for what we have coined “Manzano’s Mondays” and it seems like every time we go, something a little bit chaotic is happening in the shop, but that is part of the charm. Their sandwiches are absolutely delicious and the portions are huge. The bread is to die for! I suggest giving yourself plenty of time to go because sometimes there is a wait at peak hours, but it is so worth it!!

I had an opportunity to have a tuna sandwich today at a luncheon from Manzano's. It was delicious. The bread was so fresh and tasty. There was also a lot of tuna on the sandwich.

OMG the sub was so so good, look at all that meat and yummies. The staff was great they were busy and still friendly there was 2 guys that were excellent the one explained the menu and the other that brought it out to our table was great he went back and got us ketchup and ranch and did not treat us like we were inconveniencing him. There was one person behind that counter that did not smile and never said hi or anything but at least she was not waiting on hon people she just seemed mad to be there

Simple deli with an extensive menu. Fair prices in an otherwise expensive downtown Winter Park food scene. Great bread! Friendly service, too. Nothing fancy here; it serves the college crowd. The place was practically empty for Saturday lunch. Recommended!

It breaks my heart to give such a poor rating to a sandwich shop that I have always loved. My girl friend and I waited 80 MINUTES this afternoon with 4 children in tow and the order was not right. I got home happy to eat the subs, that weren’t made correctly, only to find a curly brown hair on my sandwich. I am blond. The guy with the beard and the ponytail was doing his best although our order was surpassed by many people that came after us. It was an all around horrific experience.

A sandwich is made by its bread. Thankfully the bread is amazing here. Crusty, good pull and texture, substantial enough to hold a big sandwich. Unfortunately, that's about it. The Meatball Sub isn't bad. Tender large meatballs. Super low on sauce and low on cheese. Fresh mozz would be a great addition to this one. I asked about an Italian, and they pointed me at one. The quality of meat is about that of Publix, and that includes the amount too. The cross section of the sandwich is a bit sad, considering a full sandwich costs $17! And that's not really a full two meal sandwich. A person could reasonably eat the full in one sitting. Then comes the Mayo. I should've told them to not put it on. I assumed it would just be a bit. Instead, this thing was a MAYO SANDWICH. White everywhere. Oozing out with every bite. There's no taste of the oil and vinegar at all. Mayo ruined the entire thing. If it weren't for the bread, the meal would've been a complete failure. You get a better price and a world of difference in quality at Stasio's.

Food might be good. Looks good. Terrible service and mouthy cook. Couldn't be more rude. Watched them start and stop making my sandwich many times over twenty+ minutes. The gentleman in charge wants that to be ten minutes, but I'm being nice calling it twenty. The cook in red was a major thug and didn't like when my patience ended and I demanded that my sandwich be completed instead of all the other stuff the in charge guy seemed to have to do. Don't be in a hurry. The disgusting crap wouldn't be appropriate here.

I have enjoyed their sandwiches a lot over in their New Smyrna location and decided to order through GrubHub on the way to the park to do some painting with friends. My personal experience was that ordering through GrubHub was great. I put down the time that I wanted to pick up the sandwiches and when I got there they were waiting for me. The only this missing was my spinach pasta salad but then saw that they had refunded the money on my card for it. I ordered a couple of sandwiches but the one I had was the tuna salad, and it was very delicious. Good quality tuna, great fresh bread; one of the better sandwiches I've had the pleasure to enjoy in a while. Also, my friend who had other sandwiches loved them, and asked where I had bought them. They've never heard of Manzanos before so it was a pleasant surprise for them as they usually only ever order from publix. I wouldn't eat at the location. The decor and look of the place just isn't very inviting, I would just grab it to go. Bottom line: They make a really good sandwich; good quality ingredients, and the prices are reasonable. Will pick up from here again.

We came in for lunch on Saturday 2/5. The sandwiches were excellent. Some of the best in Orlando I now think after eating, BUT... I am not sure what the situation was that day. There were only two people working when there should have been three or four for the lunch rush. There is a hiring sign out front and, like a lot of places right now, the shop was understaffed. The two people working managed to keep everything under control and I 100% know that they don't make enough to deal with what I saw happening in this shop. The owners were no where in sight to help with the chaos which was the most disturbing part. At one point there were 20 people in the shop waiting to order or pick up and we could all tell that the two employees could barely keep up with the amount of phone calls, pick ups, in-store orders, and what seemed to be Uber/DoorDash orders. I felt so bad for these two workers because they looked so overwhelmed. I am surprised that neither one of them just walked out with the lack of help/demand being put on them. That being said, all of our food was still hot and the quality was definitely maintained. I don't know who owns this place, but the fact that the owner wasn't in helping when it was needed (because we all know that they know there is a staffing issue here) seemed pretty messed up. Now, maybe there is some situation I am unaware of. Maybe someone called out, who knows. But the lack of help on Saturday from ownership was evident regardless of the situation.

we recently ordered from there and had the Coney Island. I am now addicted especially to the bread. the sandwiches are loaded. Best sandwich I've had in a long time!
