I ordered a large pizza and 10 wings for dinner. Asked the young lady taking my order for the wings to be extra crispy and extra sauce. I was not informed then that they pre bake the wings and cold store it and then they pull out the amount they need for any order. Btw Pizza was good. So I called to speak to a manager about the situation. The young lady who took my order informed me that the wings were run through the oven 3 times. 1st time is the pre bake. Pizza was perfectly cooked. I asked for the pizzas to be lightly baked and they came out delicious. Crust was soft to bit. The manager opened the pizzas prior to checkout to insure they were baked as requested. Thank you for being kind and offering plates, napkins, and parm cheese/red peppers. Thank you for having the full moon specials. I love it!
Nice staff, I make my order 30 minutes before closing and they took my order through the phone and make it right and tasty! I know they tired and hurry to go home but I really appreciate it for making my order!
