Food is very good. I was a bit disappointed with the service but I will toss it up as a learning experience for the server as she was new. Atmosphere is good and great place overall.

I’m not sure what is happening here. I ordered a chopped chicken salad that was supposed to come with pepperocini, walnuts and a pancetta vinaigrette. What I received was wilted lettuce with RASINS and garbanzo beans. And no pepperoncini and no pancetta in the dressing. Plus the appetizer of olives arrived after my salad. Also had to request utensils. The server said they must have given me the wrong salad, but I pointed out that they don’t offer salads with raisins or garbanzo beans … so how did they get in there?
The manage came over and didn’t understand how raisins got in the salad. She said they don’t typically list ingredients in a dish. I said that today that is odd given how many people have food allergies.

I recently visited Prato in Winter Park and had a wonderful experience. The place has a modern yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for both a special night out and a casual dinner.
I tried a pasta dish that was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked al dente with a well-balanced sauce full of flavor. You could really taste the freshness and quality in every bite.
I also had a pizza that stood out for its details. The wood-fired crust was thin and crisp, and the toppings were carefully chosen. Each bite had the perfect balance between traditional Italian flavors and creative twists, making it unique compared to a regular pizza.
The service was also quick and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, Prato is definitely a place I recommend. The food is authentic and flavorful, the atmosphere is inviting, and both the pasta and pizza were outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu.

I’ve been to Prato once before with my girlfriend on our first date, so it was only appropriate that we’d celebrate our one year there. The food is always amazing but what stood out to me was the service. Leon did a great job of taking care of us last night. As an industry worker myself he really did stand out to me. Once he knew we were celebrating he took extra precautions to make sure our night was special. He went above and beyond for us and I’ll never forget him for it.

Went for dinner with my husband on a Thursday night we stood by the entrance waiting just to ask for a table for more than 6mins, there were plenty of workers who saw us and did say hi welcome or anything they just looked at us.
We finally get a table and we are waiting for a long time when someone finally comes over to ask if someone is taking care of us yet we said no he said he would be right back. He came back and asked what we wanted to drink we placed our drinks order when he asked for our ID's I hand him mine and he said they don't take foreign ID's (I only had a drivers license from my country in my purse at the moment but it clearly has my picture and date of birth you can tell is a real ID).
We were ready to leave but my husband wanted to try their food so we stayed, the whole time it was very awkward the interaction with the server. A few minutes later another couple sat next to us and their service was totally different from the service we received. They were asked if it was their first time there, they explained the whole menu to them and even recommended different options for food something that we did not get.
So I don't recommend this place if you're from another country!!!! For a place that's Italian but doesn't take foreign ID's its ridiculous IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!!!!!
