The 4 cupcakes that I purchased today all tasted like they were from yesterday or the day before. Didn’t taste fresh at all. The Smallcakes on Universal Blvd in Orlando is MUCH fresher & better tasting. Please fix this.
the service at this location is very much below what I've come to expect from Smallcakes at other locations. Went in today because I received a text from the smallcakes loyalty program that I had a 15% discount on my next order. go in we ask what is the glutten free selection the young man says vanilla chocolate and marble we ordered one when he comes back to ask if he should box it separately we ask for another and ask if they have a red velvet GF, he says they do... where was...read full review
