They helped me out by making an order I had sent to another location. Everything was perfect except for my venti iced shaken espresso. The description on the app says that it is “Made with rich, full-bodied espresso you love—then shaken, child and mellowed with sweetness and a touch of milk.” The employee asked what milk I wanted and I told him whatever normally comes in it. The barista failed to put on my coffee lid properly and needless to say it was a disaster in my car their was Cafe latte all over 😡
