I had the opportunity to try the Sunset Sunrise smoothie at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I'd like to share my thoughts. We ordered online thru the website and had food and smoothies. The smoothies were never delivered but we got the food. We try to call the restaurant and no one answers so we cant get a refund.

I really like this location of Tropical Smoothie, and I find that the employees are super helpful and friendly. G.M. Indie was super helpful a few days ago, I had an issue with my order through the app. I ordered on the tropical smoothie app, but when it was delivered it was missing half the order. I called the store, and Indie answered and helped me out with the order, even though it was really the responsibility of Doordash, not this specific store.
