With the new touch system they've lost that customer service aspect. No real plates or silverware anymore and you have scan a QR code just to get a drink. The food was good but the atmosphere and service was subpar.

Trying to order in the drive thru. Attending clerk was in such a hurry once I started talking with my 1st sandwich she got pushed when I tri5 to read tge menus for my actual meal. I had already ordered my kids food. She got mad when I wanted it plain as I'm watching calories. She said I refuse to serve you like my money is no good here. So I took my $30 to Wendy s

The food was okay. I don't really like that they are all electronic ordering as well as the electronic fountain drinks that you have to scan a receipt in order to fill your own cup.
