Based on reviews, this Zaxby's location is one of the best-run. The team is organized, the service is quick, and the food is consistent. The Tongue Torch sauce and customer service were highlights. However, the Big Zax Meal was small and lukewarm with undersized chicken tenders, though taste was elevated by signature sauces. Overall, the food is wonderful, tasty, and not cheap.
