This is quite possibly the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Service is ridiculously slow. App orders are typically ready 15-20 and even up to 45 minutes past the promised time and employees don’t see a problem with that or care. There could be no one in line to order, but the employees standing around doing nothing can’t be bothered to put together a few to go orders to cut down on the wait time. Chipotle Mexican Grill can be a bit busy, but the staff is generally friendly and helpful, even when they seem to be understaffed. The quesadilla topping limit is three, which some may find insufficient. On the positive side, the mobile ordering process is seamless. Everyone in this location is amazing and friendly. Noah at Chipotle is top-tier, and if you see him behind the counter, you're in good hands. However, lately, it just feels like they don't care what you as a customer want. The associates act like they're always running out of rice, and the portions of meat they give does not go with the price.
