This is the 2nd time we ordered from this location. 1st order was over 1 hr late, cold, and made wrong. Tried again since you auto-sent a free pizza coupon. 2nd order - 2 hrs late, still cold, still made wrong. Free pizza isn't going to cut it this time. Tried to call your store to wait on hold without answer for over an hour before being hung up on. This is NOT OK. This is not how a business should be run. Even if you are short staffed. Reporting this location to corporate.

I ordered from this location about an hour ago. I ordered a pizza with green peppers and literally got 4 green peppers on the whole pizza. This is horrible...
