“If I can give a 10 star rating I truly would. Great customer service today. Ordered my usual cold brew with flavor as well as some muffins. Asked if they had my daughters favorite strawberry with sprinkles donut daughters favorite strawberry with sprinkles donut & they did not; However one of the employees went ABOVE & BEYOND to create a donut just for her. It was a beautiful blue donut with added sprinkles & she truly did enjoy it! I would like to thank the staff that was working today. I didn’t get names as I was in a bit of a hurry through drive through; however they need to get recognized truly. I am an autism speaks advocate that sponsors with Dunkin’ Donuts for over 5 years & I really appreciate this kind of service as my family & I purchase coffees & donuts daily for my family & friends. - Side note; I had a horrible experience the other day at a different Dunkin’ donuts that’s right by my house. I rather travel to this location DAILY. Clean, friendly & went above & beyond. I will be escalating this to corporate as well for the awesome positive feedback, as I am very satisfied. “The doughnuts are unbelievably good, fall flavors were wonderful, who would not love the apple pie, smores, pumpkin, maple bacon, to name a few. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about their product.“

“05/15/2024Delivered pallets of sugar. Shipping and receiving by door 14. You'll back in off a road where cars fly by. There is a break in traffic though. Small shoulder to park on while you go in to sign in. Nice people. Quickly began to unload. Scents of baked goods in the air.From I-4 take John Young Parkway North then turn left onto Silver Star Road then go left on Eunice. Eunice turns into Bryn Mawr. Bakery on left.“

“Welcoming, genuine, and great food! Definitely a mood booster! I encourage anyone who may need a boost of joy to come here. People are genuinely helpful here and as someone with social anxiety, I feel more at ease when I sit and chat with the staff. I highly recommend anyone who may want to go out and eat breakfast but you may be a little scared of social interactions. “Pregnant wife wanted an iced coffee from Dunkin, when I received my order in the drive thru it was a hot coffee I explained this was supposed to be iced. Employee Jeremy stated “sorry can’t do anything for you” we even asked for just a cup of ice and he said “our manager said we can’t give you a cup of ice” needless to say I pulled around front and walked in side. Upon entering employee Bella greeted us and apologized and completely replaced the coffees at no charge. Needless to say they need to hire more people like Bella and less like Jeremy. The 4 stars review is for Bella not Jeremy as I would give him 0 stars.“

“I made a mistake on an online order of 3 dozen donuts for an event this morning, and Ellie resolved the problem right away. She called another location to make sure I could get that many donuts on time for my event. Even though it was my mistake, Ellie took responsibility for solving the problem and was cheerful and professional.“

“It's not closed I just went this rising. The employees are always nice to me but then again I try to start my order with a cheerful voice and I smile when I pull up. I worked drive thru before at a food place . Although the ladies kind of mess up my order cause I don't be tasting any butter pecan and they hear whatever they want so VS. this one guy he's dark skinned he makes my coffees PERFECT rather hot or iced. Wish I knew his name . But overall I love it the ladies customer service definitely make up for a couple pumps of syrup especially with all the rude ppl I encounter.“

“I love my Dunkin coffee every day! I purchased a hot latte at the Edgewater Dunkin and it was cold, so I went to the Lee rd Dunkin to purchase a medium hot coffee to warm up the lukewarm latte! Well to my surprise the manager on duty heard my complaint and replace my lukewarm hot latte with a delicious hot latte on the house! Thank you!♥️“

“They gave me burnt hashbrowns, I refused to accept it, the server at the window was rude and unprofessional. They gave me another batch which was also burnt, I ordered for curler donut, they did not tell me that they do not have it, when they gave me my order, there was no donut. it was futile arguing with them, extremely disappointed. WHAT A WASTE !“
