“If I can give a 10 star rating I truly would. Great customer service today. Ordered my usual cold brew with flavor as well as some muffins. Asked if they had my daughters favorite strawberry with sprinkles donut daughters favorite strawberry with sprinkles donut & they did not; However one of the employees went ABOVE & BEYOND to create a donut just for her. It was a beautiful blue donut with added sprinkles & she truly did enjoy it! I would like to thank the staff that was working today. I didn’t get names as I was in a bit of a hurry through drive through; however they need to get recognized truly. I am an autism speaks advocate that sponsors with Dunkin’ Donuts for over 5 years & I really appreciate this kind of service as my family & I purchase coffees & donuts daily for my family & friends. - Side note; I had a horrible experience the other day at a different Dunkin’ donuts that’s right by my house. I rather travel to this location DAILY. Clean, friendly & went above & beyond. I will be escalating this to corporate as well for the awesome positive feedback, as I am very satisfied. “Today is 7/26/22 I wanted some good donuts so I stopped in this morning and got some donuts and apple fritters and glazed twist when I saw that show case and my eyes almost came outta the socket when I saw all the different variety of donuts.they had my favorite coconut and toasted coconut let me say your donuts are absolutely delish I will be back keep making those coconut donuts“

Long dirt shoulder to stage on. Shipping office by door 14 in middle of docks. Back in off street, worst part is drivers of cars.“
