The Dunkin Donuts on E. State Rd 434 in Winter Springs is beyond unprofessional in resolving customer complaints when their manager is not present. I called to leave a complaint after going through the drive thru 2 days in a row and dealing with inaccuracies. One of their female employees hung up on me. I left the store on Saturday with 9 donuts ( I ordered 3) because they continued to get the order wrong. If I can give a 10 star rating I truly would. Great customer service today. Ordered my usual cold brew with flavor as well as some muffins. Asked if they had my daughters favorite strawberry with sprinkles donut daughters favorite strawberry with sprinkles donut & they did not; However one of the employees went ABOVE & BEYOND to create a donut just for her.
