The Shrimp & Company is a quaint seafood restaurant on the corner of 7th Ave and 22nd St in Ybor City. If you have walked past it headed for the restaurant across the street then you have missed the best seafood you could eat in Tampa. You have to try their Florida or Louisiana Steam Pot, any of the seafood baskets and their shrimp stuffed mondongo. The food and terrific service is worth another trip to the small family owned restaurant.

Loved this place !! It might be the best onion rings we’ve ever eaten ! All the food was amazing and the tea was fabulous!

Shrimp & Co. Restaurant is a quaint seafood gem located on the corner of 7th Ave and 22nd St in Ybor City. This small family-owned restaurant offers wonderful service, with the owner even waiting tables to ensure a personal touch. The grouper, shrimp, and oyster poboy are highly recommended, along with the Florida or Louisiana Steam Pot and shrimp stuffed mondongo. The food is fresh and delicious, including terrific shrimp po-boy and sweet potato fries. The oysters are a treasure, fried perfectly, and the calamari and hush puppies are also delightful. The warm atmosphere and friendly staff create a delightful experience for seafood lovers. The only downside is the lack of free parking nearby, but the excellent food and service make it a stop worth repeating.
