Waited 20 minutes for my order and I shouldn’t have even bothered. Staff messed up my order twice, still didn’t get the order I paid for, got served cold stale fries, staff had zero interest in correcting it, and I’m surprised that they at least got my drink right. Im getting tired of this “wait at the curb” crap to keep their wait-times down, no point in doing it when you can’t follow basic kitchen instructions. Y’all should be embarrassed. Worst #burgerking ever.
This place personally should be staffed with different employees and a New manager. They absolutely don’t care about what they are serving their customers. They always get the order wrong and they lack customer service completely. If I could rate them a ZERO I would. Get it together people!!!!!
This has got to be one of the worst restaurants in the State of Florida for getting your order right they screw it up every single time needless to say there will be no more Burger King there's way too many other places that can get it right I would fire everybody in the whole damn building
