This place is terrible and rude. They don’t acknowledge u when you hit the window, and you sit there and look at you go about the way they don’t. Hey I’ll be right with you in just a second they don’t even acknowledge you whatsoever, I work in fast food, so I know how it goes when you see somebody you greet them, and then I asked for wings and the one lady argue with me about wings because I said I want some sauce the one boy Jordan or whatever his name is he’s nice the other blond headed girl angel was in the back and I’m taking it straight to corporate because that was unacceptable and I don’t like the way I was treated just because I asked for sauce you don’t argue with your customers I wouldn’t rhythmic this location I mean she could’ve baked it off and say something behind my back, but you don’t do that to somebody and yes I do want to hear from management if I don’t hear from nobody am taking it to hire up this happen at 12:30 till 1:00It was bad enough I have to wait because they don’t see u at the window that crazy

Never major issue. It's one of the few places I can afford to eat. I do wish they would quit forgetting my apple pies though.however miss manager always handles any of my issues there. Which are few. Good managers are hard to find. I know several restaurants that could definitely benefit from checkers people evaluations.

The place needs a face lift. The drive-through is extremely tight for larger vehicles, Get rid of the fence and the massive overhang! It is a safety problem. The staff rocks! People there deserve kudos. The food..ehhh. i used to go to Checkers as a kid. Made the long trip to the location on Bearss since there wasn't one locally. My buddy and I cherrished those days. Unfortunately, shrink-flation strikes again! It seems they try to cover this up by drowning it in condiments. I'm not sure. The quality of the chicken sandwich has decli ed dramatically. This is not on the location, but the idiots above, in the offices, wearing suits and ties! Shame on the executives. Tou owe your employees and customers more than that!

They were cleaning, when I was waiting for food to deliver, didn't get food well after the time it was supposed to
The service here was dispicable to say the least. Location manager refused to give me the District management number after having an attitude and proceeded to slam the window on me. They should not be in a place of management and I'm disappointed, and lost my appetite after this interaction. It shows that the location disapproved of mobile orders due to their sloppiness when it came down to the food. We order 4 value meal deals and the worker forgot about drinks, this is fine but she then asked for us to come up to the window to get the drinks after she forgot about them. I did walk to the window but the drinks were covered in soda. Very displeased with this and I will not be buying here ever again. Havent had this bad of an experience in a long time.

Mediocre at best. Quick service but everything was luke warm, even the fries. Not many people were here on Sunday at 2pm. There was an employee out near the tables smoking and talking on speaker phone very loudly. It was unwelcoming as she paced back & forth while complaining about her job. Checkers seems to have lost the nostalgia to us.
