Piss poor food, stale chips, nasty tables, overall the nastiest place I’ve ever been in Zephyrhills. Manager on the clock on January 8th needs to be reviewed for his/her job because I’ve never been to a chipotle this bad. Ever.
My daughter ordered her family’s meal by phone and had to use the automated order system. She paid for her meal and went to pick it up. The manager refused to give her the meal because she couldn’t find it in her system even though my daughter could show her the charge on her bank account and the call log on her cell phone that she ordered it from their restaurant.
