The owner was rude and tried to double charge for tip. He screams at the employees and is very rude to his mother who cooked all the desserts

We cannot wait until we can go to our favourite Italian restaurant! They know our drinks, food is always great, fresh, and the best ingredients. You can take your time eating the delightful food.

Love the food and atmosphere. Classy and romantic. Menu is reasonably priced however, my only complaint, be prepared to wait a long time for your food to be ready.

We went to Manila’s tonight (Friday) with a party of eight. Arrived about 6:45 pm. Not busy, about 10 small tables filled. Took the waitress 30 minutes to deliver our drinks; then we waited over another hour for 4 out of eight of us to get our food. Four of us were close to finished when the other four were served. The last meal (Veal Parmesan) was delivered & obviously over-cooked. Waitress avoided the obvious and made excuses that 2 cooks didn’t show up for work. (Wished we had known that earlier! We were hungry; wanted a nice dinner with friends. We would have left). When we left it after 9 o’clock!

The experience was awful. We where is on Valentine's day later in the evening around 8 ish. When we walked in we could see several open tables. We stood there waiting for 15 minutes before they set us down. The waitress wasn't able to relay to the bartender what I wanted to drink so the first drink went back as it had orange juice instead of cranberry. The next drink they were missing an ingredient but I said I would try it. It was gross but I intended to pay for it although I wanted to order something else that would be easy for them. I ordered a long island ice tea as I saw someone else get one. The bartender lady came over and scolded me and told me she couldn't keep making me drinks and throwing them out. I took a deep breathe and said ok? I was contemplating leaving but had waited all this time for what I was expecting to be my awesome dinner but she chose to start again indicating she had made everything I asked for and I didn't like it. I let her know I had yet to receive anything I asked for although I agreed to try the one. She got even nastier so I let her know we were sorry to be a bother and we wouldn't ask for anything else. We left $10 to cover the soda and nasty drink and left. We went to Ruby Tuesday's now 9:30 and they were awesome!

This was my second visit to this Italian eatery while visiting my sister in Zephryhills. It's location in the quaint downtown area in an historic building adds to the ambience of the place. We arrived to a fairly busy dinner crowd upon entering and were greeted quickly to be seated. The gentleman that seated us was polite initially and wanted to seat us in the middle of the room at a table directly behind the hostess stand. I asked if we could be seated at a table near the wall, which was set for four and he obliged us, but it was obvious that he we irritated by my request. After he stalked away from our table, our server arrived to take our drink order. After a fairly long wait, we each received our drinks and our dinner orders were taken. Sis ordered the Chicken Marsala with angel hair pasta while I ordered my old stand by of Eggplant Parmesan. Both were excellent! My sister thought the broth was a bit strong for her liking, but said it was very good. My meal was perfect... not a single complaint. Overall, the only negative was the wait time. For everything. Ten tables with guests and two servers should have been adequate to keep things moving, but I don't know. Otherwise, this is a very nice restaurant and I recommend to anyone in the area to check it out.
