We went to Manila’s tonight (Friday) with a party of eight. Arrived about 6:45 pm. Not busy, about 10 small tables filled. Took the waitress 30 minutes to deliver our drinks; then we waited over another hour for 4 out of eight of us to get our food. Four of us were close to finished when the other four were served. The experience was awful. We where is on Valentine's day later in the evening around 8 ish. When we walked in we could see several open tables. We stood there waiting for 15 minutes before they set us down. The waitress wasn't able to relay to the bartender what I wanted to drink so the first drink went back as it had orange juice instead of cranberry.
