I haven't been to Taco Bell in years, and was wondering what has changed. The order only on touch screens is dismal at best. The personal service by the wayside. Need something like sour cream, back to the touch screen to do the whole process over. I would hate to be here during lunch rush, just two screens offered and what if one glitches!!?? The food quality has not changed and our booth was clean. The parking lot was clear of litter , the restroom presentable.

Like other fast food restaurants, Taco Bell is getting expensive. This store is located on 54. It's not the best or worst. You know whether you like Taco Bell food or not. The food was good. The staff was nice.
Whoever just made my DoorDash order from this location needs a raise! They made my taco so good and it actually tastes seasoned. Compared to my location near my house this Taco Bell is incredible. So good and so much food worth my money. Thank you ?

We have come to this one since it was built and always get good food. But the staff sucks. They ignore interacting with in-store customers which seems to be a trend when kiosks are put in. The kids seem to think that gives them the right to ignore customers. I'm in store now and stood at the counter to ask for my cup while I wait...some girl walked up to the front, around the counter, and into the bathroom areas all without looking at me, and I was staring at her. Tbis is typical with this location.

If I can give -0 that would be awesome to rate this place. We never been in this location and my husband and I decided to go and buy some food because it is close to our house. We wento thought the Drive thru and the lady who was in the microphone or attending at 7:20pm on Friday on January 12 2024 was soooo disrespectful. I am very detail about this information because I do not know the name of the lady but for sure if I know it, I will put her name here because if you can't have a great service and you do not have the patience with customers you shouldn't be working there.This lady screem to my husband and said " YOU WANT THE CHICKEN CHULUPA OR THE QUESADILLA BOX!!! YOU HAVE TO TALK LOUDER BECAUSE I CAN'T HEAR YOU HONEY!!!" she said this with a really unprofessional way and screeming to my husband.After this unconfortable scenario we NEVER WILL STOP IN THIS LOCATION!!Please SUPERVISORS OR MANAGERS LOOK HOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.THANK YOU.

Whoever the lady is that always works nights she needs an attitude adjustment. Everytime I come to this location she always shad the biggest attitude when taking the order, cuts you off and asks for anything else. Came into the lobby and she tried to tell us we couldn’t eat inside even though the lobby is open and we just saw someone else eating inside. As we walked out she was laughing looking back. Just super unprofessional and rude. Maybe you should find a different job if you’re so mad about working til 2am and having to talk to customers. Try going home and waking up again tomorrow with a better attitude.
