Whoever was working the night evening shift after 9:30 pm on 7/3/26, they absolutely killed it. Drive thru service was excellent and food was fresh
There is no A/C in this building at the time of my writing this. Other than that the food came quickly
I’m not sure if the employee was having a bad day or if there is a larger opportunity to reinforce service expectations with the team. I was polite and respectful throughout the interaction, but received virtually no customer service or engagement. The overall experience felt unfriendly and dismissive, which was disappointing. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, or basic interaction would have gone a long way.
