“First time eating here. The building is old and outdated. The server was very friendly and we received excellent service. The chimichanga exceeded my expectations. The chocolate/cinnamon sauce on it was an amazing new taste for me on anything other than dessert. Highly recommend the chimichanga. Will definitely be a return customer. Don’t judge a book by its cover!“

“Staff was super kind. The food was great especially when you compare it to the price, they had a meal deal of 4 tacos with a drink for $11. The only downside to the tacos were there wasn’t a lot of cilantro on it. I also ordered a steak torta which was super delicious, very big!! It even had avocados, which was really a pleasant add on, (most Mexican places don’t add avocado because of the cost of them) the salsas were fresh and had good flavor. We also got churros which were sooo good! They put the dulce de leche on the inside of the churro.“

“I LOVE Bubbakoos Burritos!! They are on the pricey side, but when I am able to afford it I eat there as much as I can! They have amazing coin credits and amazing employees! Even the younger employees are respectful, fun, and pleasant to deal with and care about their jobs! I'm very proud to call here one of my favorite places top 5 to go to!“

“Amazing authentic Mexican restaurant. The food is amazing, the prices are affordable and the atmosphere makes you feel as if you were in Mexico. Plenty of seating, enough it can accommodate large parties. We've ate here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. You will not be disappointed, try the fried ice cream, its delish.“

“I’m not sure if the employee was having a bad day or if there is a larger opportunity to reinforce service expectations with the team. I was polite and respectful throughout the interaction, but received virtually no customer service or engagement. The overall experience felt unfriendly and dismissive, which was disappointing. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, or basic interaction would have gone a long way.

I gave 4 Stars because I’m not willing to hurt a business over 1 bad interaction or 1 bad employee. I hope you hear the weight of my words here- employee at drive thru on 5/29 at 12am needs to be trained (possibly not her fault) or coached.“

“A young man by the name of Conner was exceptional. He was very kind and treated my parents with respect. My parents are elders and Conner took the time to take their tray out to their table. The planet would be a better place if it was filled with more people like Conner.“
