7 Best Chicken Wings in Americus

“I had a great experience at Zaxbys. We were traveling through Americus and stayed a couple of days. We went to Zaxbys because we don’t have one where I live. The customer service was superb, outstanding. I had a young lady helping me , her name was Loshandra. Please forgive me if I didn’t spell your name correct . The food was fresh and tasted great.

My experience was so pleasant that we went back the next day. Thank you Loshandra for being so kind and forthcoming.

“I was tired from work, so I placed my order going home, and picked up my plate when I got in town and when I tell you it was to good and hit the spot, I was so satisfied that I actually considered ordering plate but I didn't want to gain 10 pounds in 10 mins lol, will definitely order the bbq wings with lemon pepper sprinkle again“

“Papa Johns is the best place for the best ingredients and the food is always amazing, Friendly staff, Managers are amazing as well. General Manager knows what he is doing and is always polite and friendly. Wont eat anywhere else other then Papa Johns. If your looking for a great pizza place well here it is you wont be disappointed.“

“My second time visiting this restaurant great food and customer service from cashiers from my experience with the 2 I have seen. But whoever the guy is cook he's very unprofessional and has a bad attitude no smile or greeting that's my experience because me and my husband came in on a Monday and I ordered he was slow dragging and on his phone the whole time we where there the young lady that was cooking was finished with our food and he didn't acknowledge it we had to say sir our food looks like it's ready.I wouldn't go there anymore if he's working very terrible needs to be fired.“

“I visited KFC on November 5, 2021. The person who spoke to us through the drive thru order board sounded uncheerful, and unwelcoming. We had to keep repeating the order. They were out of the pot pies, so we order something else. The fries looked like they had been cooked earlier and reheated for our orders. The chicken sandwiches were delicious. The fries despite their appearance, tasted good. I give the food 4 stars.Update on November 27th, I visited KFC for dinner. The drive thru person was pleasant. I ordered a chicken pot pie with another order. The pie was golden, crispy and delicious. I give KFC a 5 ? on this trip.“

“I would like to give the manager a ??. A customer that had someone else place an online order for her and pay for it; returned her pizza saying it was not what her friend ordered for her. He explained that was selected online. She continued to argue she didn’t eat a “veggie” pizza.After several minutes of her being loud. She requested he return her pizza which was order wrong by her friend and make her what she wanted. He explained to her they would have to credit the card and her friend would have to reorder the pizza. She just wanted to pay the extra $ for the pizza she desired. He said he could not do it that way. He had to follow the protocol for the process.She started raising her voice telling him repeatedly the customer is always right. And he was being hostile to her. Which he did not do. So hats off to you for not loosing your cool. FYI our pizza and wings were fabulous!!“
