I wanted to be sure to do a shout out to everyone at this Arby's on Cowan Rd. We were greeted with a cheery welcome by one gentleman as soon as we walked in. Then we were greeted at the counter by another nice gentleman who gave us a friendly smile as he took our order, and he answered every question with knowledge and experience. As we waited for our order to be prepared fresh and hot, it was clear that the team there takes great pride in a clean and organized establishment.

This Arby’s is amazing at customer service. Every time we go- we have a great experience, and everyone is so nice. If there is a problem, they will fix it right away. I feel like fast food restaurants have lost the idea of good customer service, so it is refreshing to see this Arby’s doing it right.
