I wish more people knew that Atami has been under new management for a few years. The owner Sophie is so sweet! Alex cooked for us and did an amazing job!! It's a family own business and the best part is we don't have to drive into crazy hiram to get hibachi! Instead, we just drive down the street from cedarmill and we are there in 5 minutes!! Just discovered this hidden gem about a month ago near my area. I am a huge sushi head. My go to is the Crazy Rolls and let’s just say they GOOOO CRAZYYYYYY!! This place is too good to always be empty. As I mentioned, I just discovered this place about a month ago and unashamedly I can say I’ve been here about 7 times since my discovery. If you reading this post and are in the mood for some authentic sushi, egg rolls, hibachi, etc., RUN TO ATAMI! Management is also very welcoming...
