I've never had a bad experience with their food. Usually spot on and very tasty. However, their customer service and atmosphere are horrible. Every time I go, no one seems to care. They're usually short with everyone I watched, and the times on the app don't correlate. I waited an additional 10 minutes after the app said the for was ready. Food is decent but service sucked- ordered online and went to pick it up. Was told it would be another 20 minutes so I waited in the car. Went back in after 20 minutes and told another 7 minutes. Neither person bothered to apologize or even offer a smile. For the prices, I would have appreciated an apology for the extended wait. If I had known there “would be a problem” (only explanation I was given), I would have gone elsewhere. And will go elsewhere from now on. Employees...read full review
