This place can be fantastic or it can be horrible. Tonight I ordered pizza and wings. I’m adding a photo of the wings which barely have any sauce on them. They are supposed to be buffalo wings. I am so disappointed with the consistency. One order, the food will be fabulous and the next order it will be terrible.

Ordered food twice and they canceled the orders and removed different foods from the menu. Highly disappointed when they are on uber eats but do not deliver.

We ordered a Supreme Pizza, A pepperoni pizza, a specialty pizza along with some garlic knots and Antipasto salad. Everything was excellent! The quality of the ingredients was great. We will definitely order again.
Best Calzone I've had in a long time!Lots of ricotta and mozzarella cheese. The dough was tasty and cooked to perfection.More than I could eat!I'll be back.

I've never had a bad experience with their food. Usually spot on and very tasty. However, their customer service and atmosphere are horrible. Every time I go, no one seems to care. They're usually short with everyone I watched, and the times on the app don't correlate. I waited an additional 10 minutes after the app said the for was ready. It would be nice to have some more chairs in the lobby waiting to pick up the food. As long as you don't care about customer service, the food is good.

Food is decent but service sucked- ordered online and went to pick it up. Was told it would be another 20 minutes so I waited in the car. Went back in after 20 minutes and told another 7 minutes. Neither person bothered to apologize or even offer a smile. For the prices, I would have appreciated an apology for the extended wait. If I had known there “would be a problem” (only explanation I was given), I would have gone elsewhere. And will go elsewhere from now on. Employees need a course in customer service.
I think the pizza is fantastic!But 3 stars because in my opinion, the name "pizza & bistro" is misleading as this location is just a counter to take orders. No place to use restrooms and no where to sit. Was not expecting full restaurant but somewhere to wait for order. My mom and I were hoping to come in and order and sit and wait to take home but were surprised when we came in. We waited in the car and had to drive somewhere else to use the restroom and then came back to pick up.But the wait time was short and pizza is great! But just know this is strictly a place order/pick up counter- no bistro! (Implies small tables to sit) Also there is no menu posted so know what you want before you come in to order!

I WAS a fan of their wings, Because they were naked, crispy and Gluten Free. Basically over night, witout changes to the menu the wings are now breaded and soggy (compare pics from previous reviews). Now they have added gluten! I Guess I will be ordering from Birdies Wings, paying extra is worth it.

These people straight up sent me a pizza that was 100% just old pizza they scrounged from leftovers and put it together with some more cheese on top to make it look 'fresh'. $30 for pizza about the size of a Ellios frozen personal pie, and half the quality. The wings were ice cold, unsauced and overcooked to the point the chicken was peeled back from the bone. They forgot the mushrooms I ordered, and the pasta was burnt and dry. Not to mention it was supposed to be a tray of pasta, as advertised online. Like, how do you fumble PASTA, bro.I paid $70 for food worse than the Chuck E. Cheese controversy. I'm from NJ and didn't have any expectations for pizza from Georgia but this was a joke.

After several burnt pizzas and after discussing it with Management. They could care less about giving edible pizza to thier customers. Go somewhere else for a pizza. Several really good pizza joints around here other than Sals. Do better Management!
